It is a perfect hotel, safe and location is good as well. You can reach to any place very easly

There is a Gloria Jeans branch at the geound floor of the hotel. You can get discount when you show your card provided by the hotel. You have breakfast in Gloria Jeans. There are a few choices however it is ok if you eant to have a quick breakfast and go

My only problem was wifi, ı couldn’t get connected

Wonderful place, highly recommended

The staff is where this hotel shines. Interactions with people that work here were the highlights of every day during my stay. Overall, the hotel is great: it's quite, my room had a cozy balcony, it was clean and comfort. Also, there is an adjacent cafe serving good coffee: if there's a bad weather you can always spend time there.

The staff. The location. The service. The whole feel of it was brilliant. The staff helped us get our bus tickets done, when we had to move from Ankara to Istanbul. Really pleasing stay, wish we stayed more.

Very good location. Attractive room. Excellent bed! Really perfect! We have 2 bottles of water, it was nice. Food on breakfast was tasty. Also personal was very friendly.

I asked about quiet room and 2 blankets-we have street view(many restaurants, noisy people, car till 02 a.m.) and 1 blanket. Hot water is not hot, we need to use only hot position for shower. Instant coffee sachets on a breakfast in 4 stars hotel. Really?

Very good

The staff was exceptional from check-in to check out. The rooms were spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

There was noise from the streets below at night which wasn't ideal. Otherwise, this hotel was perfect.

Price value its a good place to stay in Ankarra

The hotel is close to lots of bars and restaurants so its easy to find something to eat. The staff was friendly and parking facilities were good. The room was overall good.

Close to a big street so there's quite some traffic, during the night its was rather ok. The breakfast is nothing special, could be a bit more elaborate. We had a room that was next to the elevator shaft which made a ton of noise each time the elevator was in use. The staff did gave us another room once we mentioned it to them so it was more an early inconvenience and not a real issue.

Great hotel

This was a fabulous hotel and right in the center of restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms have been beautifully decorated and are very modern looking. Plugs by the bed and lots of lighting, plus natural light. The room was very quiet, even though it was in a busy area. The bed was very comfortable and there was an armchair and a big wardrobe. The aircon and wifi worked perfectly too. Nice big shower and it had a rain head shower. Good sized bathroom. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was great too. Lots of choices and lovely and fresh. Staff were really nice and friendly too. Would have liked to stay longer.

- The hotel is wonderful. - The rooms are cozy and spacious. - The staff is extremely friendly. - The location is very close to the city center, there is lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes near the hotel. - The breakfast is very delicious and convenient.

- The hotel has only one elevator which could get busy and crowded at certain times.

Great hotel with a nice value and location

Everything was tip top - it was the best hotel in our whole Turkey trip! The hotel is located in a nice location in the center. Rooms are big, clean and the balcony is great. The breakfast is a nice buffet in the adjacent restaurant. The personel is friendly and helpful. I liked this hotel much.
