Very enjoyable condo!!

The location is great, lots of space, two bathrooms is great, love the balcony.

The door from the living room to the balcony is hard to open and close but it didn’t affect our stay! We had a great time.

It was a pleasant stay it just needs some updating and a few other improvements otherwise it is a nice condo

It was right on the beach and had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony

It is out dated and needs some up grades. The throw pillows in the living room need to be replaced they are old and dirty. The master bedroom mattress didn’t have a mattress pad on the bed so it’s not very sanitary. It would have been nice to have some room darkening curtains on the second bedroom window the lights from outside are very bright.

Josh was very nice to talk to and the location was great!! Appliances need updated and whoever does the cleaning is not thorough! Our shower where the door slides looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time! The beds were very comfortable and overall we were fine with it but definitely needs inspected. The door being directly across from the elevator was kind of a problem too. Like i said, we enjoyed our stay it just needs some TLC.

The room was amazing. The beach view was incredible. And Josh was awesome.

There was absolutely nothing we would change. We couldn't have had a better stay. We are hoping to stay in the same place next year.

The fact that you have a great location but it’s not being taken care of is a shame.

the view and location was the best thing about the trip. we spent the majority of our time on the balcony

The place was not clean and it’s very out dated and run down. The stove is terrible and the microwave smells of burnt popcorn and both need to be replaced. I shad to buy a dish cloth the sponge provided was not useable.

carpet and furniture wasn’t that clean, bed made me itch a lil, ran out of toilet paper and wasn’t many towels and wash clothes.

I wasn't able to stay, couldn't get to the entry keypad, and the owner won't answer or return calls.

Absolutely nothing.

I had to pay for other accommodations that was luckily available after waiting for the owner or property manager to return my calls. I contacted my credit card company to reverse charges for the condo that I was unable to get into. Booking.com states that I should have contacted them . There is not a phone number on their website at all . I had no access to email while away from home. Booking.com states that the charge is valid despite the the owner not answering when the customer service agent called. I was told to work it out with the owner and was given the same number which is now disconnected. This appears to be a scam.

Not as depicted

The location of this property is directly on the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and glasses.

The building is tired and worn. The condo is not as depicted. The entryway door is peeling. The kitchen needs updating. The sink faucet needs replaced. The carpet throughout the condo is worn, stained, and has bleach spots throughout. The grab bar is missing in the bathroom tub. The screen door needs screen replaced as it has large opening at bottom that adjoins to the bedroom. The screen in the bedroom facing the ocean has several holes in it and needs replaced. The walls have multiple scuff marks. The bedroom closet located closest to ocean is full of beach equipment, pillows, etc. This could be a nice place with some simple updates. I would not stay again. The grill is not as depicted. It is located in the parking lot facing another building at the end of a bumper where cars park. The pool is in the middle of the parking lot when you arrive.

Great romantic getaway, full on ocean view and quick beach access, we seldom left the property.

Loved the location. At first we thought we would be disappointed as we couldn't walk to breakfast or a bar but it was worth the small drive having the area feel more homelike.

We stayed for a week and had a relaxing time staying here. It is a beautiful beach. The condo was very clean and has everything you need. It was very quiet and great views of the ocean and listening to the waves.

This place has it all!

Perfect location! Everything is within a few minutes drive, but you're away from the main crowd on the beach. We only stayed for 2 nights, but we didn't see a single other person in the hallway, which was nice. The laundry was right across the hallway and so was the elevator.. loved that! The view from the balcony was amazing. I had a few questions prior to my trip, Josh answered the phone immediately and answered all of my questions. Check in and check out info was sent without any problems. The condo was well stocked and it was nice not having to bring my own sheets and bath towels.

Overall it was excellent. Very clean comfortable and quite. Great host!

The place was very nice and quite. Honestly since we brought our 4 year old grandson we were probably the loudest. We love the location because it was away from all the busy chaos. Very clean. And host always got back very quickly with any questions or concerns I had.

I think it’s Important to read reviews and maybe I didn’t here. But we were definitely disappointed initially by the fact that the 5200 n ocean blvd gave me a different location. I brought my grandson and wanted him to have an indoor pool. It was too cold for the outdoor pool. But this is really my fault for not making sure I knew where I was staying.
