To be honest, Amazing price for this size and quality place. You have space for everything.
Safe and central location! There is a grocery store within 3 mins drive. Recommending renting a car in LA as you can imagine and you will have 100% private Free parking under your house for regular size cars or suv. PS: It will fit but little difficult for suburban size suv. We had regular size car and there was zero issues.

This is the second time we stay here, last time we stayed like two weeks. Me and my family really enjoyed!!
It’s huge, more than 1700 sq foot + Outdoor space for a price of small average room. Including free parking as well!
Our villa become "home" the moment we walked in. It was spacious, modern, and very easy to settle in to. Lots of places to put everything you came with.
Really clean!! SAFE!
The kitchen was complete, and we were able to prepare full meals with no problem.
GREAT LOCATION to explore LA! Close to everywhere!!

This property was conveniently located to all of our desired attractions.
I would have liked for the garage to be bigger but the owner Sam did make other provisions for us to park

Nothing - unfortunately (see the section below and photos for more details).
This was the first time in many years of travelling (see the list of my past bookings) when we had to leave the property IMMEDIATELY upon arrival due to an outrageous sanitary condition of the premises (please see photos):
• Dirty floors that your feet stick to with small rubbish in the corners and on the stairs,
• Broken furniture with chipped off corners, etc.
• Broken walls with the traces of feet or something dirty all over,
• Heavily stained and worn-out towels and linen – and judging from the color and density, these were old stains that have survived many washes,
• Stains of urine on the mattress protection and on the mattresses themselves – massive and dark, urine over urine obviously,
• Garage too low to fit the car (we had Toyota RAV4) and neighbourhood seemed unsafe.
• Also, non of the paintings, plants and small decoration in the pictures were present, but this was the least of our concerns at that point.
We inspected the property in the presence of a 'maintenance person', notified the owner (by sms as he wouldn't pick up the phone) and left. Luckily, we found an alternative accomodation for extra USD 2’900. We were sure that since we could not check in due to material breach by the owner, we would get a refund for this booking.
Chockingly , the owner insisted on keeping the ENTIRE 100% payment for the stay (USD 3’800) charged on our card a week before the arrival date. Eventually, he offered to reimburse only state taxes & fees (USD 800 - 1’000) but on the condition that we formally cancel the trip on Booking (thus foregoing the possibility to give a review). In any case he insisted to keep the remainder USD 3’000 regardless. Propositions to retain one night’s fee max or reimburse the cost of the replacing accommodation were ignored.

Great location close to restaurants and a supermarket and not far from "everything". The apartment was modern and clean, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfect for our family. Great beds. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. We really recommend it!

Nice clean property, parking was very convenient, left a bag at the property and they kindly kept it safe for me. Would definitely book again. Host was very responsive too with any questions I had.

Didnt like anything about the property
the property was not clean upon arrival. the floors were not vacuumed and moped, bench tops, hand railings were not wiped down. mould was evident on shower heads. We had to buy disinfectant wipes to clean the benches, hand railings, mop and vacuum the floor, clean the bathrooms and even spray the beds to make it feel comfortable and hygienically clean. we advised the owner and even bookings customer service. The owner advised they will re cleaned the place the next afternoon but with disappointment when arriving back on the second day, they did not clean, we have proof and the owner advised they will check with the cleaner and get back to us and we never heard anything from the owner regarding the cleaning. Bookings customer service also did not assist and get back to us. For the money we spent, we expected alot more. would definitely not stay again

good location, large with 3 bathrooms.
The beds had no top sheets, and the bottom ones where not fitted, who does not use top sheets on the beds, complained and told me that was the way they used it. Some beds had plastic mattress cover, very bad.
It was for 7 but had not enough seating for 7 people to have dinner together.
Bery basic furniture, and not enough glasses or plates. just needs a bit more tough to be a good property.

Great townhouse in ideal location - three very generous bedrooms and good sized sitting room/kitchen. Well appointed with excellent wifi and free parking. The hosts were great and it was very easy to communicate with them. Simple check in process and offered extended dates when asked - very flexible.

it’s kind of on the edge of a not great neighborhood, but if you go across Pico, as I did with our dogs, it is absolutely beautiful.

It had a gate and felt very secure. which is nice when you’re in a place that isn’t familiar to you.
the neighborhood was a little sketchy only if you drive from the other side, but if you drive in the other way it’s very nice since it’s close to a Main Street.

Fantastic place, spacious, clean. Location was great, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and big living room. Your own tarrace. Everything brand new and fresh. Parking place (garrage) for 1 car, fast internet, washing machine, dryer. Contact with owner - Sam was clear and accurate. We will definitely come back!

Good size of the entire unit. Three of us means everyone gets own room. Space is comfortable, we can cook with a good size kitchen area.
Dirty washing machine, I cleaned quite a while and also bought a drum cleaning. No laundry detergent.
Inside of the kitchen kettle is full of limescale. Looks very dirty
Soundproof is terrible from neighbour, can hear they talk, walk. Don't know why they wash clothes every night till 2-3am while they stay.

There was Netflix
The accommodation was dirty, run down and noisey. There is a homeless guy living just outside the property who shouts late at night. The gate to the property is broken so can be open without using a code.
On the second day we returned to find the door to the house unlocked even though I specifically remember locking it. I contacted the host who refused to address it.
The walls are like paper I could hear next doors dog barking all day and night, I could hear them talking and walking around too. The baths had hair and dirt in them, the pillows had hair on and our bed smelt of perfume rather than washing powder. The washing machine smells of mould and mildew.
Advertised as 3 bathrooms but it's 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. There was no dining table despite pictures of a dining table in the advert. The balcony is unsafe and the host refused to refund us.
When we arrived from the airport the taxi driver told us it was not a good area. For the price we paid I wish we had booked somewhere else. The accommodation really put a downer on our holiday.

The property was VERY clean, lovely, and had all of the basics stocked (plates, silverware, cups, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.). The location was also excellent. The property was secure and felt safe. It was AMAZING to have a dedicated garage to park in. It’s definitely necessary to have a car in LA, but this location was so central to most day and nighttime activities, that using an Uber for close-by activities made it easier to not have to deal with parking or valet. The property owners were incredible! They were very hospitable, patient, and responsive.
If you have a disability that makes climbing stairs difficult, this place could be a challenge. If you’re able to at least walk up one (steep) flight of stairs (with or without assistance), staying here shouldn’t be an issue. Just make sure to get the first floor bedroom. Also parking in the garage can be a little tricky. It’s a little bit of a tight squeeze and is especially difficult to get into if there’s another car parked outside of the garage area.

I liked that the property was secluded and that it was clean. Glad that there was parking available and it wasn’t too much of a hassle entering and exiting. Inside was clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a dish washer, dryer, and washing machine available. Also, loved the area we were in because there’s so many amazing food places around and were not too far from malls and other great tourist spots.
The only issues with the property is that the building isn’t sound proof so you can literally hear everyone inside and outside of the property. The WiFi was okay. Mostly, YouTube was functioning during the stay. Also, there were a few items broken already laying about and had to run the water a bit when showering due to pipes. Overall, still a wonderful stay.

I liked the spacious rooms and the fact that there were enough restrooms so we didn’t need to wait for each other to use. Also loved the spacious kitchen and living room area. The property even provides pots, pans, cups, mugs, plates bowls and utensils, that was very helpful to have. The restrooms have all the toiletries included. The little balcony is nice too. This property also provides a private garage parking that is always great to have.
