This is one of the best places to come to in the world.

Great traditional hotel

Absolutely stunning location and a very traditional hotel. We loved the wild animals on the hotel grounds and the easy walk to see the falls.

There was no moskito net in the room as shown on pictures. Luckily the hotel had one we could use. There were quite some moskitos in the room after the staff made up the room for the night.

In total, it was just amazing, we'll be back :)

The breakfast was excellent The location just next to the falls and the activities organized by the hotel were amazing. The personnel, the musical band, the service as a whole were perfect

Except for the breakfasts and the private dinner under the Monkey tree that we had, we found the food being a bit less brilliant comparing to the general level of everything

Overall beautiful place but very overpriced for the 2-3 star service and food you get.

Beautiful location on the Zambesi river. Tours and attractions are amazing. Staff is friendly.

Food was a MAJOR disappointment. (2-3star). Service is extremely slow. Rooms are old and in need of an upgrade. This was my 3 rd time back. We were celebrating a 30th, 40th and anniversary. I don’t think I will go back again.

gorgeous setting , gardens and direct access to Victoria Falls

No childrens pool , so when relaxing by main pool which is beautiful the noise of children and their nannies is disturbing. service at Kubu restaurant was poor as was food .

Definitely not 5 star, location amazing but quality and staff more like 3 stars

The level of service and food were atrocious, some improvements were made after we complained but over all felt it was shocking for a 5 star resort

Absolutely everything but especially the way they treated and spoilt my husband on his birthday. The location is breathtaking and the hotel has an old world charm that is expertly crafted in every way

Overall good stay except for the Old Drift menu

Nice place to go for a rest

The lunch and dinner menu at the Old Drift needs to be varied and updated. The food is too pricey and there is no value for money. The breakfast is good but the management must ensure that omelette station make effort to clean the pans before making another omelette. Simply wiping the burned remains of the fillings or eggs will do.

Livingstone First Timer.

In a nutshell i loved everything. From the friendly stuff to the comfortable and clean rooms. The food was equally great.

No taxi services near by so that was a little bit annoying. But the hotel provides transportation so it worked itself out

The restaurant can change the menu every other night. The steak was VERY small and thin sliced and the chicken was dry.

Location could not be better, staff very friendly and helpful especially Martha with amazing breakfast!!!!
