Did a job, but wouldn't recommend

The location is fine and the bed was big and comfortable. The shower was good too.

Broken furniture at reception, lots of flies and stray cats. The pool only has a few bean bags, which aren't hygienic and there aren't enough seats

Wouldn’t go back

The swimming pool was nice and the lady who checked me in and gave me an envelope was really nice.

The evening staff were quite rude and I asked for a new envelope knowing they have them and she lied to me and said they don’t have any. My room had 2 cats on the balcony and there was either a massive yellow insect or a lizard running around my room.

Good value for money in a pleasant setting.

Peace and quiet, for those who don't want to party all the time. Spacious rooms. Swimming pool to relax. Small stretches of beaches accessible on foot, but mainly reserved for fishermen, even Rawaï Beach, otherwise rent a scooter or car, Grab or Bolt to get around and access other perfectly swimmable beaches on the west side of the island, such as Nai Han Beach, Nui Beach or Kata Noi, then from Kata Beach, it's full, extremely full, but it may be suitable for some.

Venetian blinds in the bedrooms which do not block out too much light.

Terrible traffic noise, dirty and bad WiFi

The staff was really lovely and helpful.

Located directly on Soi Saiyuan, the probably busiest road in Rawai, let's you enjoy all the terribly loud motorbikes and cars. It seems it became cool in Phuket to have louder bikes, cars as anybody else. The shape of the hotel makes it even worth. The pool is located between 2 buildings and does not offer any sunbeds or chairs or privacy. Guess they realized that nobody likes to use it anyways. Really, who wants to swim, while everybody is starring. Depending on the room you get, you have either non or very limited storage possibilities. The beds are terrible and equipped with cheapest mattresses you can buy in Thailand. The balconies are useless since very tiny. The so called gym is a dirty corner in bright sunlight with 2 dumbells 😂 In room wifi is just a catastrophe. I had to go on the balcony in order to have reception. 800 Euro for 1 month is not much, but we would not book it again.

Hidden oasis, nice room, seems pretty new, bed was good, large bathroom with both shower and tub. The pool was also nice snd vlean

Very good, but several improvements needed

- Very nice place and helpful staff, - great that they have coffee there so that I didn't need to somewhere, - good looking interior, - good location in quiet area

- Ants in my room, - there is no sound isolation in the bathroom (mosquito net behind the shower, not a solid wall), so you have to be lucky to have a quiet neighbors, - I wasn't lucky enough, so couldn't sleep because of very very loud neighbors

Room. Shower. Most staff. Coffee shop.

Bed are hard. And when first arrived was told I needed to pay for electricity and water on top of what I'd already paid for the room. I refused as it wasn't stated when I got the room. They let it go and said ok no problem. Then took 5000baht off me for a deposit when it states on booking that it was 1000baht. They did give it to me back once I contested this so fair play. Just watch out for them doing this. Apart from this happening I did enjoy my stay there.

it depends

I stay in bungalow, there are in 100 m from hotel, so my review only about bungalow. It's quiet. If you okey with nature love to see wild trees in front of your balcony and okey when ant's army walk throw your room, carrying some pest you will like it) It's more like summer cottage.

It's cleaned poorly, floor was dirty so I have to wash my feet after walking in bungalow, they were much cleaner from street. I stayed for 2 days and housekeeping newer showed up. So just 1 or 2 night max if you like nature

Good value for money

Quiet location, nice pool, cozy rooms. Overall good value for the price. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. It s just a bit off everything, which can be good, also.

Nothing to complain about, I just stayed one night.

Enjoyable stay. Will stay again.

The location is in a great and quiet part of Rawai. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in on of the double rooms with pool view and it had everything we needed.

Bed was a standard Thai bed (quite hard), just to be aware.

I wouldn’t stay here again, the staff were great but for a hotel I felt like it wasn’t great.

Staff were welcoming and friendly

There were ants in my room and when I originally checked in they took me to a room without a balcony which was specified on my booking. The pool area had no loungers only chairs
