This is a really old building with wonderful character. It's been beautifully restored, right down to the gorgeous chandeliers throughout. It's extremely clean and comfortable too. We were in a large double room and it was very spacious indeed, with a nice big fridge and kettle/coffee etc - there is also coffee available downstairs, with milk on request. We opted for breakfast, which was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff are all friendly and very eager to make sure guests are comfortable and have what they need. This is the first time we've stayed on the Asian side of Istanbul but it won't be the last - and we'll head straight to the Ikiz Konak when we come back.

При заселении сделали «псевдо» апгрейд до номера делюкс (на чердаке с балконом), о котором я не просила. По просьбе предоставить забронированный номер (большой двухместный на втором этаже) вечерний администратор сказал, что всё занято на три дня вперед, утренний админ начал врать про якобы поломку туалета, хотя по факту в номере жили другие гости. В итоге из 5 дней отпуска я провела 4 дня в ужасном темном номере на чердаке с нулевой звукоизоляцией и плесенью в ванной. Утро начиналось с пробуждения от топота и грохота горничной. Отпуск испорчен, оценки у отеля завышены. Приличные номера только на 2 этаже

Die Lage ist fußläufig vom Hafen. Knapp 15 Minuten entfernt von der Metro Kadiköy, ca. 10 Minuten von der Abfahrtstelle der Fähre, die zu den Hotspots fährt nach Eminönü oder Karaköy. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, man hört nachts kaum Lärm von der Straße. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt, insofern ist ein Check-In jederzeit möglich. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Insbesondere wenn man spät am Flughafen Sabiha Gökçen landet ist die direkte Verbindung vom. Flughafen bis Kadıköy schon extrem attraktiv.

Das einzige was leider nicht so gut war, ist die Geräusche im Hotel selber. Das Hotel ist ein schönes altes Hotel, teilweise aus Holzbau. Das heißt aber leider auch, dass man viel hört an der Decke oder im. Flur. Eines unserer Zimmer (Nr.13) war genau unter der Rezeption. D.h jede Person, die an der Rezeption war und etwas besprechen musste, hat man im Zimmer darunter gehört. Das ist schlecht gelöst. Das Zimmer sollte eigentlich günstiger sein wenigstens.

Tahminimden çok daha nezih bir hotelmiş. Gerek konumu gerek temizliği, personelinin ilgisi gibi konuları ile çok memnun kaldık. Toplu taşımalara 5-10 dk boğaya 5 dk. Bundan sonra yine bu oteli tercih edeceğiz.

(JP) 常にとても清潔で、従業員の方々は物静かで親切です。清潔さは一番気に入った点です。 立地も良いです。レストランもスーパーもパン屋も何もかもが近くにありますし、フェリー乗り場やバス乗り場が近いので観光地や空港に簡単に行けます。カドキョイの繁華街からは少し(徒歩3分程)離れているので静かです。チャイやコーヒーが無料で飲めるキッチンがあり、のんびりできる中庭もあります。チャイの世話をしてくれる年配の従業員さんがとても優しかったです。 イスタンブールに再訪する機会があれば、またこのホテルを利用したいです。 (EN) Perfect hotel. Always super clean, calm and kind staffs, good location. Everything you need is around the hotel, such as restaurant, supermarket, bakery, etc.There's also ferry port and bus stops quite near by hotel, so you can go anywere easily. That the hotel is located at quiet area few minutes away from downtown area is also nice. Free tea and coffe is provided at the kitchen and you can drink it in the fancy garden. I like the gentle old staff who took care of tea and coffe. If I have a chance to visit Istanbul again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel se nalazi u mirnoj ulici, samo sa lokalnim prolaznicima. Na jednu stranu ulice put vodi do luke, stanice metroa i autobuske stanice do oba aerodroma. Na drugu stranu ulice put vodi u pešačku trgovačku zonu. Sve je na manje od 5 minuta hoda. Kada smo boravili u hotelu bilo je lepo i toplo vreme, pa smo mogli da sedimo na terasi i uživamo na vazduhu. Pogled ka dvorištu je prijatan. Soba je prostrana, krevet udoban. Sve je savršeno čisto. Korišćeni peškiri se svakog dana menjaju. Soba u stvarnosti izgleda kao na sajtu. Recepcija radi 24 sata.
