Overall very good!!!

-Staff were extremely friendly and courteous especially Tina, Drishti and Sarika. - Breakfast was good however service can be slow. - location was good, we did require rickshaw most of the time as I traveled with elderly family members. -

- we had an incident whereby someone kept banging our family members room door middle of the night. It seemed though there was a drunken guy staying in the next room. We didn’t expect such an incident in a Marriott hotel. - This was scary for my family members and we requested room change and connecting rooms. Reception staff organised change of rooms for us and it was a smooth process. - we reported the incident at night and were told the security guard will check it however we didn’t get a response from him.

Very disappointing

Location was on the main road. Romm was clean. Didnt eat there at all

Room is very small. Like in Central London. Except this is Baroda and you expect something better , even if it is Fairfield. Small room and an even smaller bathroom. Remarkable how they squeezed in a shower, commode and sink in such a small area. Dont try and stretch even your elbows while on the commode. You will hit the walls. Shower area promptly flooded after my first shower. Took them till late evening to fix it. AC was very noisy and there was some repair work going on as well. So no relaxation. There was some repair/construction going on just behind the reception area as well. Not a very edifying first sight. So overall, bye bye to Fairfields everywhere and definitely Fairfield Baroda. (Just a few days prior had stayed at the Courtyard near Cochin Airport which was fab and great value as well). Give this hotel a miss

静かな部屋を希望したら、その通りに角部屋を手配してくれた。部屋は清潔で快適、スタッフも親切で、またVadodaraに滞在する時はここに泊まりたいと思う。

最初はエアコンの切り方がよくわからなかったが、スタッフに聞くと丁寧に教えてくれた。

Had a great few days here. The food was amazingly good and excellent choice and varieties.

Very central and near station. Easy to get to. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was good size and very comfortable and clean. Will definitely book again.

My wife loved the location

The location is ideal for Alkapuri shopping area, everything is in the walking distance

The property seemed a little tired Gym was a bit dated but functional

Location, clean rooms, front desk staff very good and friendly

Restaurant staff not trained properly to serve, manager should get involved with customers, tables were always dirty and not prepared for example there was previous customers glass of water left , no cutlet or tissues and tables were dirty , also non veg all curries were with bone nothing was boneless , non veg needs more choice

Amazing experience!

The staff right from the front desk to the room service staff, restaurant staff were warm. I fell ill in while on my trip, the hotel provided transport to a hospital with an excellent driver Mr. Mrugesh. He waited along with us in the hospital till my treatment was done and even got us medicines etc. The hotel staff was very considerate and allowed me to rest in the room after check out time, till my ride to the airport arrived. I recommend this wonderful hotel as they make their guests feel most comfortable.

I had subsequently cancelled another follow-up reservation at this property

Breakfast selection was good but the service was one of the worst I've experienced. The junior staff were very new but the manager in charge and managers under him for both restaurant and room service themselves were out of their depth. The service orders were late, and wrong on a number of instances.

The property was new so looked modern but the service in all departments - Front desk/house keeping/room service/restaurant/gym was very poor. The manager didn't follow through on commitments. The smoking room we were given despite insisting on a non-smoking room as stale smoke affects my breathing. He didnot change us to the non smoking despite promising to do so soon after we complained after checking-in. We returned to our room around 9PM to discovered not only the same room but the house keeping hadn't made up the room and the room was messy. Exhausted att the end of the day, we complained furiously and finaly by midnight we were moved to a non-smoking room.

Amazing stay, plus great food and staffs!

Great stay, amazing staff and fantastic food. Well maintained Marriot property, like any other and keeps its standard. What stood out for me was the always helping nature of the staffs, be it reception, restaurant or any others. I would like to specially thank restaurant support staffs Akshit, Kaushal, Sunil for their kind nature. Food was really really good and the spread was very big, I had a small chat with Chef Kishore and seemed very pleasant. Highly recommended property in Vadodara.
