Very close to downtown and yet calmful.

I do not remember all the names, but Ahmed of reception was very helpful. One guy was a lifesaver for us (night shift). We were supposed to check-out at 02:00 AM. Ahmed even asked me the evening before if we needed a wake-up call or not. I thought we could wake up by ourselves. For some reason or another we couldn't wake up before 02:00 AM. The guy in the night shift called us at 02:15 to warn us that you were supposed to check-out at 02:00 AM. I really appreciate his alertness. My wife and I really rushed ourselves and got ready within 30 minutes as the driver was already waiting to bring us to the airport. The guy of night shift really saved our flight and we could continue our Egypt tour onwards to Aswan. The bed, cupboard, tables and everything else was so good. Even being a small hotel, but the hospitality makes it even greater than bigger hotels. I will really miss Nile Villa, because I really enjoyed my stay here.

Nothing specific. But the staff of the restaurant seemed uninterested, but I can understand. Maybe it has to do with work pressure or the tough life in the city.

For this price I could have wished for nothing more. Especially the staff was unusually helpful and nice.

Very friendly staff and everything very clean. They had a nice and comfortable terrace overlooking the Nile. Good value for money.

No shower curtain so bathroom got very wet

Intorno al quartiere vi sono dei palazzi molto vecchi e alcuni in ristrutturazione ma fondamentale tutto bene

Потрясающий персонал! Они сделали наш отдых в Каире комфортнее! Очень приветливые люди, которые стараются во всем помочь!

Уборка - не лучшее, что у них получается. В первый день были грязные полы, в течение всего отдыха мы находили волосы(черные и длинные, у нас таких нет)). Уверена, что они хотят быть лучше. Потому что к гостям за завтраком подходила девушка и спрашивала, что нас не устраивает. Мы пожаловались на уборку и следующие пару дней все было отлично, даже под кроватью помыли. Но как только девушки не было - чистота опять страдала.

Pleasant stay

The location, for Cairo, is very good. Not too noisy. The hotel is of good quality, clean and all equipments working. And not far from down town! The staff is genuinely nice and professional.

Breakfast should be improved. That should not be expensive! For the rest, very good.

Ideal für 2-3 Nächte um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen.

Personal: Top Service, von jedem Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterin. Hilfe und Unterstützung war immer vorhanden. Lage: Das Hotel war direkt am Fluss, gute Aussicht auf den Nil. 15-20Min mit dem Taxi zu Gizeh-Pyramide oder zum Zentrum. Hotel: Das Hotel hat eine eigenes Restaurant, wo man am Abend gut Abendessen kann. Zusätzlich hat es Lounge im freien aufegebot, wo man den Abend ausklingeln lassen kann. Ideal für 2-3 Nächte um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen.

Hotel: Das Hotel ist einbisschen in die Jahre gekommen, hohe Abnutzung. Lage: Das Viertel war einbisschen abgelegen und sehr dunkel, bis man zur Hauptstrasse kommt

Esperienza ok

La struttura è un vero e proprio hotel ( non come altri che occupano solo dei piani di alcuni edifici) e ha una bella terrazza per le colazioni proprio sul Nilo. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa con due letti comodi (col piumino imbottito). Non aveva balcone ma 2 finestre vista fiume. La posizione è comoda al centro ma fuori dal traffico quindi, tranne per un pochino di rumore dell'aria condizionata si dorme benissimo. Il bagno è rifatto da poco, quindi moderno anche se con qualche piccola pecca. Forniscono solo il sapone. La colazione viene servita in una terrazzina proprio sul fiume, con tanto di ventilatore. E' una colazione egiziana solo salata con dei falafel e le omelette cotte al momento, formaggio, verdure, pane egiziano e the o caffè. Il personale è stato molto gentile, ci hanno accolto a notte fonda e l'autista che è venuto a prenderci all'aeroporto ( per 18 euro) è stato molto cordiale con un'ottima guida. Tutto sommato un discreto rapporto qualità-prezzo per il Cairo. Zona tranquilla.

Ci vuole un po' di spirito di adattamento, perchè la pulizia non è proprio agli standard che ci si aspetta, e alcuni mobili sono un po' malandati (o coperti di cellophane, non so perchè!). Non è facile da trovare per i tassisti, in quanto si trova in un'isola del Nilo (collegata da ponti) e si affaccia su un ramo secondario del fiume.

Good value for the money but on the expensive side for the city and the location

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were a good size. The location was very good also even though there was construction all around.

The hotel is in the process of renovating which is good but at the same time obvious to the guests. Some noisy construction on site and off site.

Would go back, but when the work is done opposite.

Hotel was much cleaner than others. Was right on the Nile, but not the best position on it. Breakfast was really good and the staff were great and super helpful.

There is work being done right opposite and it was extremely noisy so we could not sleep at all.

Very good

- Good rooms, well trained services staff and organized reception staff. The restaurant was good also, There is main restaurant there. The restaurant has a Nile view. - The staff is friendly, they even gave me a free room upgrade! - There are handicapped rams and entrances The geographic location is great as it's just very near to Al Manial access bridge.

- The elevator is a little bit small in size. No emergency exit elevators. - The view is good but not the best and it's a little bit overrated for the cost perspective.
