good for young people, away from the noise of istabul streets

The staff very frindly, any thing we request the try to help even with drivers and taxis, even we asked for cooking units the provide to us, even they bring the breakfast to our room, water , tissues .

the location , its kindly not easy for taxi or cars to find out, its not suitable for elderly people because the hotel in a slope area , the furniture old for the Terrace room , TV small and has no netflix , the bed was not comfortable, when we arrived the elevator was not working so 2 nights we walk untill 5 floor , but they help us in carrying things, but in general the hotel good for couples or friends , we managed with them.

Breakfast was satisfying nevertheless it could be better if they could give the customer a bit of choice. The staff was very polite and helpful

we were supposed to be charged 488€ as booked and in the end my card was charged 503€! Why? nobody knows.. Wifi was not up to speed with the year 2023 with numerous disconnections, non stable connection and average to low speeds. I was confirmed parking and was in the end left parked in the street in front of other premises parking spaces. the shower was not pleasant. faucets detached and not firmly fixed, rusty table in the shower, cracked sink etc The place needs to improve in cleaning facilities. We don't know what is happening on the 5th floor but every night there was loud noises from people (having fun) at 12midnight, 3 in the morning and in general not helping a family with kids to have a pleasant night.

Not suitable for family stay as well as long stay.

1- The locations is uncomfortable and full of slopes. 2- The place is noisy at night +18 3- The overall cleaning level is very poor, and it is made by order. 4- Bath towels are old and worn out. 5- Old and worn furniture. 6- The bed is not comfortable. 7- The elevator is too narrow.

Actually I reserved for 11 nights but when we arrived we found it does not meet expectations and different from photo; so we stayed only for about 6 hrs that charged 123 € as they told us we have to check out at 11 am while we checked in at almost 4:30 am 😞 We were truly disappointed as we expect that there is a balcony to enjoy outdoor use but unfortunately it was closed and used by the hotel as a storage 🙁

The staff was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location is prime and close to all tourist attractions. The room had all facilities for a family of 4.

Was a pleasant week

+Fast internet connection, many WiFi spots +Good location - especially for medical visit +Not on a busy street

-Must call for the breakfast every time, too much waiting for it (an hour), it's always the same and if you must/want eat something before 9:30 AM - it's almost impossible or you have to please the day before -Many empty kitchen cabinets - no knife or casserole (for making salad or boil eggs) -Only mirror is in the bathroom, where it's little bit dark

Not worth it. If the internet was decent i could overlook the terrible staff but not the case.

A sign on the entrance door states that we should wear a mask. None of the reception staff and managers wear a mask ever. The managers overseeing the staff look like they just want you to leave. The internet is the worse - inactive in the lower level where my bed was and spotty at best on the main level. Receptionist dealing with internet bookings need to freshen up on what hospitality is and whether or not they should be working in this field -- this goes as well to most the receptions and managers there.

A great stay!

Great staff! Always ready to be of service! Huge apartment, very clean! Nice area walking distance to restaurants malls and supermarkets and just 10 minutes walk to the metro station.

nice and cooperation of the staff location is good

not clean not matched at all with the pictures in booking.com the furniture very bad and not comfortable specially the the mattress the light system is very bad (low light 💡) no follow up daily regarding to clean or submitting water and others its not recommended for family 🔞🔞

Location was great, rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Run by energetic young guys, always welcoming one in, and always willing to help. They always arranged my taxis and PCR test. Many good coffee shops, malls, supermarkets, fruit shops close by. Something different, would like it if there were some more of these in other parts of the world.

I am easy to please, so probably like some people if I looked for things to not like, I would have found them. It may not be the place for all, but if you OK to look after yourself a bit, The Place fits well into the budget.

Very helpful, cheerful, and respectful staff who are always available for assistance and requests. Calm area which is also accessible to many nearby locations, hotspots, business centers, and transportation stations.

The room is clean and functional although it requires some little maintenance work (lighting, some electric sockets…)
