We are staying here to be in close proximity to family and friends. The grounds are lovely, fitness room good, available coin laundry, and wonderful staff. We've walked around too so exploring is user friendly.

The best part of this experience was the staff. Everyone at the front desk over our three nights. Stay was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were also excellent. The heating and air conditioning thermostat was a little weird. It was cold and rainy during our visit, and after setting the heat, it would go to cool fan after a while every time. Then we had to turn it off and reset it. The engineer came to help us immediately when we made a call to the front desk but it seemed like that’s just how the thermostat worked, not that there was anything wrong with it. He tried to give us some tips on how to work with it. We didn’t eat there , so we don’t know about breakfast or the bar. Free parking in the garage below. A room was a king bed room and was huge and spacious and clean. We would stay here again.

The property was under construction, which had I known i wouldn’t have booked this location, it smelled of paint and drywall dust everywhere, and the first room we were placed right by someone with barking dogs, they were kind enough to move us to another floor, but while they have a garage to park your vehicles, The entrance underground is so low practically nobody can get their vehicle down there, only smaller cars could fit. We parked right next to the hotel, which was cheaper, but had a small community of homeless lined up at one end of the lot. Nobody seemed to mess with any of the vehicles while we were there thankfully, but they did say break-ins happen all the time. Its very close to the beginning of Venice beach, and right by the marina, so its nice to be able to walk to see the boats, if thats your thing. Noahs bagel shop was just a 5 min or less walk away, Hotel breakfast was like $20 per person and isn’t worth it.

Even though this property is under going construction, it’s still a really nice place to stay… I would recommend this place to anyone.. it was just a short Uber from SoFi stadium.

The property was under construction from the lobby to the parking space. The receptionist led me to the wrong parking structure under construction. Found my way up back to the reception area and clarified my assigned room was in another building.

It was pretty good. Room had an odd odor but we felt with it as it was only 1 night stay. The outdoor lounge area was nice to get fresh air and the maintenance guys were very nice to turn on the fires a it was a bit chilly and turned in the TVs so we couple watch.

First of all, it's under construction and they put me in an old shady building. Then charged me a fraudulent cleaning fee because I was from out of State and their manager has refused to return my 3 phone calls! Do not stay here! It is the most crooked run hotel in Marina Del Rey. Stay at the Marriott. Executive Management should look into their staff.

Our patio door was locked shut because there were homeless people in dilapidated motor homes parked right outside our room. Creepy.

The property was located in a very convenient location. You can walk to the Venice Canals, a Noah’s Bagels and Cheesecake Factory are within walking distance and it was a central location to travel by car to popular tourist destinations. The carpets definitely need to be cleaned. The rooms were overall clean. The lobby is very nice. You have to pay for parking which is unfortunate since the parking garage was more than adequate to accommodate lots of vehicles. It was worth the price.

The rooms were clean. 1st floor rooms are noisy. We liked that there was coffee and water in the lobby all day. But the breakfast buffet at $19 was not a good value.

Terrible the security and the lobby guy had to be sleeping because nobody answered the phone when the intoxicated people were knocking on our door at 238 in the morning until 3 in the morning.

Check-in was 4 pm. We waited till 6 and room was not ready. Expensive at $450/night for 6hr room as we had an early flight. Noisy as drunk guests roamed the halls. Not recommended.

I honestly was not thrilled with the fact that at property they told me parki g was extra $30 ,but I figured ok fine . I get to room AC doesn't work and the worst part is the bed had the worst night of my life bed has the worst I've ever slept in check out was at 11am left at 8am of how terrible it was. Don't recommend at all. Please stay elsewhere .
