I am very disappointed in this hotel. They lost my sweater that I left hanging in the closet and they charged me for a water bottle I never used 2 days after check out. Be careful at this hotel they just use the credit card freely for charges that you do not use.

Always stay here when I’m in town, I’m picky with beds and they have comfortable mattresses.

They didn't have a room ready at 6:30pm, but made up for it. Granted it was a busy Rose Bowl/New Year's weekend, so the manager did all she could. Great location to go out and about around Pomona, Azusa area. Onsite restaurant was impressive w brunch and holiday menu options, but we opted for other options bc of pricing. Overall, good stay.

We picked this hotel because it advertised that it had EV chargers. After we checked in around 9pm one was being used, the other had a Lexus (non EV). I informed the front desk but was told nothing could be done.
In the morning both were available, but then I noticed that they were not complementary. You had to pay, and you had to download an app and set it up to use it. I did not have the time to do that so we might as well have stayed at a Motel 6 and saved a lot of money. Including the $10 parking fee for us not charging our car.

It was what you would mostly expect from DoubleTree. The carpets are dirty. We had to ask for the coffee and cream to be filled numerous times. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The breakfast was out of potatoes, the eggs were cold and the only had regular milk. Not worthy $18…not even worth $2! Restaurant staff didn’t seem to care or offer any suggestions. Irony was that the lobby store had more types of milk than the restaurant! Don’t plan in eating there. You’ve been warned!

Regrettably, our first time stay at this Double Tree Hotel was unpleasant. The front desk staff receiving us was way less than friendly. And, for our reserved 5-night stay, we were assigned a room with no good view. Worse of all, we found no hot water for a morning shower, and, when I reported about the problem, I didn't hear a word of apology for such a big discomfort. Very poor customer service! So, we checked out after our first night..

When we arrived the front desk people greeted us and promptly found our reservation. The room was clean and smelled fresh. There were 2 events at the hotel and restaurant Saturday night but our room was very quiet. Overall nice location and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We were honestly surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again.

When I first entered I walked up to the front desk . No one else was there and the agent said, that they were checking somebody else in and they would be with me in 10 minutes . It must’ve been a ghost because nobody was there. I didn’t think that that was an acceptable greeting. Somebody did walk up shortly there after, but lovely Sarah came out from behind and checked me in right away. Finally had to take her about 10 minutes to check us in. But I was grateful for the personal service. She was amazing and the rest of the staff and the stay was perfect after that. Even the front desk agent that was helping somebody else turned out to be very kind and helpful.

Im sorry to say this ,but i was expecting a bit more from this property.
To start parking is a bit strange and not very ADA friendly.
Also the breakfast is too highly priced for a couple of dishes and lack of drinks or attending personal to keep it going.
I got up twice to get coffee and both ways the carafes were empty so were the orange juice snd apple juice.
The dishes were lacking of flavor were blend and visually unappealing.
To finish all personal were in a bad mood everywhere, front desk included,they answered a couple questions like if i was a beggar asking for money.
The only reason im giving you 3 stars is because the room was acceptably clean.

No idea how hotels.com has this listed as a 4-star, it is a 3-star no question about it. Staff was very nice and accommodating, first room had a "medicinal" smell (if you know what I mean) so they switched. There were stains on the couch (I could only wonder from what) so flipped the cushion. Stain on top sheet (also I wonder from what?) so I didn't use it. Mattress was very comfortable. Next to highway, but no issues with ear plugs. Water pressure is good in shower. Parking is a daily cost (and warning signs of "park at your own discretion, hotel not responsible) but plentiful, even when the popular "Vita" restaurant crowd is there for dinner. Their cookies they give you (only on check-in) are winners. Location was convenient for me. Gym was quite small (2 treadmills, 1 out of commission, 1 elliptical, a peleton but only usable if you brought your clip in shoes), and one bench with dumbell set. Water cooler was empty for over a day with no exchange. But all in all, there aren't a lot of options in this area.
