I booked this hotel expecting some level of service and professionalism and what I got was very disappointing as there was next to no service. They have a restaurant but it isn't open and while they offer breakfast, I never got any as they only offer it for two hours which is stupid as a lot of people don't wake up before 9am if they are on a vacation. It was tantamount to staying in a high rise motel.

We spent just one night in this hotel. It was clean and confortable like any hotel at this range of price.
Underground garage was convenient. Paid 27$ for it.

The stay was good. Quick check in, lots of parking, and friendly staff. The site is one block from the Eaton's Centre and a 20 min walk from the CN Tower. The suites are clean and a good rate for downtown Toronto

The no guest/no party policy is clearly posted everywhere. We came in both nights after 11pm and had zero issues. Our room was not cleaned properly before we entered - dried spill on the counter and food from last guest in the cabinets - including old ice cream. Left us feeling a bit icky but bedding and couch seemed clean. Room itself is well designed and huge but run down. Discoloration on lamp shade, chipped coffee table, mold on bathroom ceiling, mold on bathroom ceiling, etc. The woman who checked us in was not friendly. Not quite rude... but definitely not friendly. But the woman who checked us out was friendly. Water pressure was good but tub drain wouldn't close so I couldn't take a bath. Location is great (easy access to transportation and walkable to lots of food, shops, etc) Nice having tv in livingroom and bedroom. Rate matched the room. I'd stay here again if I was in Toronto but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone obsessed with cleanliness or service.

Very Central hotel downtown Toronto.
Just steps from Eaton Centre / Queen subway.
The suite was as big as an appartment. Very comfortable. - at a price below most hotels in the area.
What you gain in room size you loose in hotel amenities. But that I knew about. Having s mini kitchen w micro/fridge was very good
Everything fine. Friendly staff. Clean and all was working. One star from full pot- because the suite was a little dated and «blend/beige»
Worn(but clean) carpets and bathroom had stained grout and silicone. Tired.
But Hey. I really recommend this place for it’s location and big comfortable suites and value.

The shower curtain was not cleam in the bathroom. Other than that, it was clean.

Security was too much at night. They seen us all leave out together when we returned we all were a little tipsy they demanded to see our id to gain access back to our room even when we showed room keys and stated our names. You cannot have any company or guest if visiting family which is very inconvenient when they drive to come see you. Rooms smelt moldy and needed to be sprayed.

Cambridge Suites is at a great location of of Yonge St. Suites are quite nice with a comfortable sitting area and nice servery kitchen area. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Bathrooms clean and fluffy towels.

Worst stay in Toronto to date. Unnecessary and inconvenient security checks each time you enter the hotel at night. Terrible front desk staff, rude to guests and to fellow staff members. I will never stay at this hotel again.

All interactions with staff were friendly. I called the night before as i was nervous about driving in Toronto and Richmond is a one way street. The gentleman we kind and helpful giving me the best route to hotel.
Our suite was clean and a perfect set up for 3 friends to celebrate a 50th birthday.

The room felt a bit dated, but it was very large and comfortable. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and other guests are polite and respectful.

Our stay was very comfortable. The only complaint I had was there was no special rate for bereavement.

They don't have wine boxes to carry your Silver Reward benefit home, so I had to leave it behind because I can't drink a litre by myself. Alternative bonuses should be offered for those who do not drink.
Room amenities good, although would prefer a hand-held shower head on a riser rail instead of a fixed shower head since I'm short.

The hotel is located in an excellent location. Walking distance to everything you need. The suite is spacious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Toronto for business meeting in downtown

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff friendly, courteous and accommodating. The muffins could be less bulk bakery style and slightly more elevated, considering the hotel is priced approximately $300 per night. The details claim to provide a bottle of wine per stay but was never offered.

The room was very cold even with the temp ramped up to 78. The shower and water in the bath did not function. On the otther hand, the accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel ha strict measures to discourage late night noise. Finally, it is conveniently located down town

I've always enjoyed staying at the Cambridge Suites. It's unfortunate that their restaurant is no longer open but there are food options nearby with the Eaton's Centre only a couple of minutes away.

Great location, one block from the Eaton Centre. The suite was fairly large. It was clean. The furniture is beginning to age, but was clean and no issues. Staff at the front desk were excellent. Parking was great.

Overall my stay was very nice. I was staying three days and unfortunately the suite I was in was on the cold side. I had no problem changing rooms and the remainder of my stay was fine. One thing that could be improved on is having the heating vents cleaned. The one in the bathroom was totally clogged with dust, likely why the room was cold.
