Soooooo clean! Staff was so nice! This will be the only place we stay when we visit orlando from now on.

Not too bad but villa was too close to the road. Also, a lot of maintenance nearby during the entire stay. Paid to get a place with a balcony but could not use it due to the noise level.

Great staff and roomy accommodations. 2 poor CX issues: 1) you get 1 coffee packet for the coffee maker. After that they tell you to buy your own. They also don’t replenish the sweeteners or creamers. We were there for 4 nights and we Uber’d from the airport. The convenience store on property wasn’t close by so morning coffee was delayed 3 of 4 days until we got to the parks. At this price point, that seems like a cheap cost cutting approach and not at expectations vs other hotels or resorts. 2) No extended checkout and it’s an early checkout at 10:00am. Also below market norms. Otherwise we would give 5 stars.

Rooms were clean. Property is large so you’ll have to drive around to find your building. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. I would stay here for a week. Check in was very slow and took way too long. I was the only one in line not sure what she was doing as I was attended right away.

Accommodation was great. Pool was clean and so available on site.

Overall it was an excellent property, friendly staff, clean location, easy walk to several nearby stores. The ease of access to offsite food was essential however, because while there is a small grocery on site, it is grossly overpriced, and was the only downside to an otherwise excellent location. $9 for a dozen eggs woth one egg in the carton being cracked is just obscene. Otherwise a great resort,nso long as you buy groceries literally anywhere else

The only but is the time to check out at 10 am after we traveling with kids is hard to getting everyone ready at 9 am

Rooms seems have not renovated in a while. Carpet had a strange smell.

Employees were very nice! Property was very clean and well maintained. Loved the security presence everywhere. We did not get housekeeping on one of our scheduled days, and shower pressure in master bath was horrible. But overall, stay was great!

Cleaning service is so bad!

Nice & Spacious unit and well taken care of. The scale of the property map felt a little bit misleading- things were a little more packed together than anticipated, but that didn't really impact the stay.

Sheraton Vistana Resort is an expansive but walkable property with beautiful grounds and paths, and many fabulous, large pools. It is a very safe, gated community with its own market place to grab a few groceries, and has several restaurants and bars. There are many daily activities that you can participate in on the resort, and it is only about 10 minutes from the Disney parks. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in The Fountains area was spacious and extremely clean, comfortable, and well supplied. The only downside is not being able to easily request your preferred area of the resort or necessarily get into that area when you check in. We love spending our holidays at this resort and will continue to go back.

Lovely place - large rooms and spotlessly clean. Big bedrooms - at least in the 2 bedroom villa apartments (each with an ensuite bathroom). Attached balcony has a ceiling fan and insect screens - excellent! Has all the white goods inside the bigger apartments - dishwasher, washing m/c and dryer, electric oven and hob, large fridge freezer, central aircon with digital controller, and microwave. Even has a jacuzzi in one of the 2 bathrooms! Also, very importantly, has a few usb power sockets for your gadgets by your bedside table and dotted about the place. Has a grocery store/convenience store (atrociously expensive!) and Starbucks on site. Macdonalds and Chic-Fil-A just outside the resort. A few clean and warm pools with bath towels at the side of the pool - cleaned early mornings. Very friendly staff. Castaways Bar & Grill by the Reccreation Centre poolside - v expensive drinks (be warned) - eg. $18 for a large pina colada = $20 with tip!! Also has a recreation centre with some billiards and arcade games machines. Cleaner comes every day to clean your room/apartment. Ask for what to do around Orlando and there are a couple of factory outlet malls around the hotel (eg. Vineyard Vines factory outlet mall where you can get some genuine bargains). The hotel gives you money-off coupons for some of the malls, and visitors can get discounts for some of the attractions if bought via the hotel - so ask if not offered. Couple of restaurants on site but not much choice- call in by uber

Central to the airport and theme parks. Great location and very comfortable to stay.

We only stayed here one night as we had reservations already made for the week at Sheraton vistana villages but added a day on and thought that’s where we had booked. Even though it was only 1 night it was as still a beautiful resort, clean and very friendly staff.

Gorgeous property

This resort was wonderful and close to all of the Disney parks. we had a two bedroom two bath unit which was very spacious. Nice kitchen and living room area. Beds were very comfortable and room was updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Jacey was so exceptional that I would return and be interested in returning multiple time and refer friends and family.

Did find a roach during our stay but other than that everything else was great! Loved the place & amenities that they had!!
