The hotel was nice, I did find it annoying that they do not have bathrobes despite having a pool. I hate having to walk through a lobby in my swimsuit.

Lovely stay over the Christmas. Great views, updated modern rooms, and the food and service was brilliant. Only downside - I thought $26 per night for parking was a bit steep. Other than that, perfect stay.

The property is beautiful, the location stunning and relaxing. The view from our room allowed us to see all of the activity in the Inner Harbour without any noise issues at all. Everyone on staff had a ready smile and genuinely wanted our stay to be the best experience possible.

Food was great and so was the location of the hotel, loved the view and how easy it was to access any part of the town from hotel. However, the WiFi was non existent in the room! Tried to connect my laptop and my phone to their WiFi - no success! Wasn’t able to open any websites . Ordered a breakfast a day before, requested it for 9am - the girl showed up at 8:30 while I was still in bed. But the main reason for 3/5 was that they kept calling me and leaving me voice mails for all sorts of reasons and one day some staff showed up and knocked on my door while I had the DND sign - something that never happened in my 20 years of traveling! I was bothered by their staff so much that I have never been bothered during any of my hotel stays all around the world in the past!!! Ughh ..

Beautiful hotel & surroundings. very clean, comfortable room & amazing view from 8th floor harbor view. We walked to nearby restaurant for amazing seafood dinner. It exceeded our expectations! Would definitely recommend to a friend, 👍

It is one of the best places you can stay close to downtown in Victoria. It took us around 10 minutes to walk over the bridge to down town. While you walk the views are beautiful and everything is so close. The hotel and the staff were amazing! We had a double Queen bed room, it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. So cozy. Definitely a family friendly hotel!

My room was very clean. Had vinyl floors, modern style, excellent bathroom, mini fridge, toaster, coffee pot, hot water pot, dishes & utensils along with wet bar sink. Nice flat screen tv with remote. Large window, openable over looking harbor. Beautyrest mattress & sheets, coverlet that allowed for warmth yet cool sleep. Heat/air was central with in room control. I turned off fan and was very comfortable for my entire 8 night stay. Close to eateries & downtown. Restaurant was adequate, service staff excell.

It was a very good experience with prime location. Swimming pool was our only disappointment. Someone was giving swimming lessons all day to lil kids. So the area was busy and not so fun for couples or friends to hang out

The hotel is clean and we had a beautiful view. The issues that we encountered we on check in, in our room, and in the LURE restaurant. We called asking for an early check in and were assured that someone would call as soon as our room was ready. When we didn't hear by 3:30pm, we went to the hotel and our room was in fact ready yet no one had called. The other issue is that the walls are EXTREMELY thin and we could hear EVERYTHING that was occurring in the next room. The person next to us had an alarm that was set for 5:30am and that woke us every morning. They clearly were ill and their non stop coughing made for a frustrating visit. When we visited the restaurant, the service was non existent. Our waitress took our order and then did not return until someone fetched her so we could get out check. My food was extremely spicy and I would have appreciated the opportunity to order another dish.
