The ladies at the reception are A-mazing ! Loved their friendliness and helpfulness, right from checking us in to helping us with space for repacking even after we checked out. Best place to stay for the shopping spree before flying out !

I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant the glaze for the chicken is AMAZING!!! That being said, the room was filthy. There was a layer of dust on the bottom shelf in the bathroom that looked like a grey sheet of paper the closet had not been vacuumed EVER it seemed and the first night of our stay we were only provided one wash cloth to shower with. I was extremely disappointed and definitely had higher expectation for a Hilton hotel. I did capture everything I speak of in a short video I took the second night of our stay if you want to view it to improve the quality of the service you provide at your hotels.

Same plaza connected to the outlets for shopping. Large parking lot. Ez to access since it's next to the I5 hwy.

I had a reservation that stated a free breakfast and that was never offered. Very inconvenient and felt staff did not take the time to check and give that benefit.

The stay here was just fine, unfortunately the traffic management to and from the mall next to the hotel was very poor, so during the weekend it took us about an hour to drive the final mile, to get back to the hotel. The rooms are quite standard, and could use an upgrade. The bed was very comfortable and everything you might expect from a Doubletree.

Toilet didn't work for 1 1/2 days I asked for a water bottle on my second night and the receptionist gave me attitude about saying i only get it at check in. 1 stated 3 days do to work but will never book for leisure. The kitchen and bar staff amazing personalities... except i order wine to my room and i didnt get it

It was a great place to stay in LA. The hotel though a bit dated, retains its charm. The reception was warm and welcoming, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the hotel is just located right next to Citadel Outlets, which is a great place to catch up on some shopping.

We stay here when we visit LA. I must say the elevator being down is so inconvienant. You have to wait 5-10 minutes to go up or down.When we came in July is was already down. They must get that fixed. The water pressure from the shower head should be better. Over all I love to stay here. Staff are very helpful and nice.

The thermostat from ac wasn’t working right the carpet was dirty and smelled not enough water from the water lines and last but not least the toilet was clogged

Booked a king room, arrived, checked in and went to the room to find 2 full beds. Went back to switch rooms and was told that no king rooms were available. We should have been told the room accomodations were no longer available before we arrived at the hotel, this trip was for our engagement vacation and it would have been nice to be able to make different arrangements. The cookies were good,they have allergen friendly now.

I don't appreciate that there is NO notice or Warning that construction is currently in progress during my stay period. From noise and extra dust does not make for a enjoyable stay. You charge me full price for the stay during a non optimal time. I addition I was not notified upfront that parking fee was additional to my bill. I was only asked "Did I need a parking pass". You could have informed me at that very moment vs. during checkout there is additional fee for parking. To top it off only 1 elevator operational with 7 floors. I stayed on the 6th floor and wait times were ridiculous having to wait several cycles do to over crowding.

The bed linens (pillows and sheets) were dirty. The bath tub was also dirty. That is two of the main things that are supposed to be comfortable on a trip. It being dirty made me feel like room was not clean prior to check-in.

Staff was very professional and helpful, parking was easy, and we were able to check in early. The rooms were clean, my only complaints are that we did request for room service but they did not come by either of the two rooms we had. Our checkout time was 11AM, and we had staff knock at our rooms at 8 AM, waking us up which was a bit inconvenient. Also we could hear guests in the rooms next to us at time. But overall we were satisfied with our stay and condition of hotel.

Handy place to stay for the nearby citadel shopping outlet. Stayed here for 1 night only, free water and cookies on arrival and the staff were very welcoming. We needed a further 30 minutes to check out and they accommodated us without any fuss. Room was clean and tidy, the bedrooms are in a separate block away from the reception but still felt secure.
