We booked 2 queen beds but I think we got single. We have queen beds at home and these seemed small. They were pretty tight. Room was a little small as well. Not much room for the kids to play

What a beautiful piece of property with amazing views and comfortable seating areas.

It was only one night, but amazing. My boyfriend proposed on the beach as the sun was rising.

Had an inch of dust all over and glasses were not washed. Sorry but I don’t want to drink out of a dirty glass thanks!

I was there to watch The Mid State Mustangs play in Silver Sticks Hockey.

Everything was great! From the warm cookie at check-in to the hottest hot tub! Definitely worth it. The hockey players in town woke me up in the middle of the night. Other than that, superb!

Hotel is very clean, friendly service.
We made the mistake of forgetting our pillows - the pillows in the room were all the same so it made for a bad night on my neck. Otherwise, it’s excellent. Oh, and it has superchargers

Excellent check in experience. Great pool!

Really friendly staff and they check on you to make sure you are happy. Wonderful rooms with a massive TV. The pool is one of the biggest indoor pools I've ever seen at a hotel and my family loved it. Located right at the base of the bluewater bridge.

I loved it. We are avid ship watchers, so the view was excellent. My one and only complaint were the pillows. Way toooooo soft. Other than that, absolutely no complaints. Everything was spot on. Will definitely be back.

There was a dog in the adjacent room barking all night

The staff was very accommodating and responsive to my needs. I requested and received a room that would be in a quieter area. The room was comfortable. The only potential concern that I had (and did not report) was that the bathtub surface is quite slippery. There is a grab bar and I did not fall, but I would have had some concerns about an elderly person using it. I would recommend requesting a handicap accessible room if travelling with someone that might have fall risks.

Bed was too soft and the revelry went on for far too long

Our stay was very nice! Hotel is beautiful. My only complaint was housekeeping. We never got towels replaced or our coffee replenished on day 2. I had to call down to the front desk and then it took over an hour to get new towels. There was no indication in our room or by the front desk when we checked in, that housekeeping was every 4 days. We were there for 2 nights.

Check in was ok the clerk was on the phone and did not acknowledge us another clerk came up and helped she was great. Room was clean good location only complaint is the walls are not very sound proof I could here the people in the next room talking their TV show and their snoring when we visit again we would probably stay here again. Also loved the gift shop

We absolutely loved this place, the location makes it very special for some like us who love the Great Lakes and watching freighters. The pool was a wonderful size and the Hot tub worked wonderfully!! We also liked the pool noodles that were available for our little ones!!!

Very clean, enjoyable, and friendly. Great views of the river, a park across the street, and an excellent on site restaurant. Would definitely stay there again.

The very friendly atmosphere. Very accommodating. Freighters was the best.

The room was great with a comfortable bed. Staff was polite. Very nice area especially to walk at the river and go to the Thomas Edison museum. Only complaint was the breakfast buffet was $15 and a bit lacking since the juice and certain other items weren't refilled. I would stay there again but I wouldn't get the breakfast next time.

We loved the view of the river from the balcony and had an amazing dinner on the patio at Freighters. I think the only difficulty we had is we kept missing the turn as GPS didn't quite tell us when to make the turn to get to the hotel. Otherwise, enjoyed the location and taking a walk along the river.

No free continental breakfast and the restaurant was to expensive 6 dollars for one pancake . Pool was nice except at 6pm they had a water aerobics class that came in and took over half the pool and there music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation. The temperature control was broke in one of our rooms . Not many tv channels . No exhaust fans in the bathroom . Toilets were very low to the ground . Bed felt like was sleeping on rocks , very hard. Pop machine in hallway 2.50 for a can of pop . No extra toliet paper in room .

Nicest decorated and clean . Good views!

This hotel was reasonably clean, if slightly outdated. It's the best hotel in the area, by far. The bed was especially comfortable!

Due the recent power failure there was no restaurant so there was no dinner service and there was also no breakfast available. A light was out in the bathroom, there was no Kleenex, the iron leaked water so you could not use the steam at all. TV choices were poor and limited.
3.0
For the price of our stay I didn’t feel the quality of the room was that good. The pillows were awful and beds uncomfortable. Dining was limited.
5.0
Wonderful view from many windows or outside on the river walk where you can watch huge lake freighters and a variety of smaller vessels almost any time of day or night! Perfect if you're a boat-nerd!
