I didn't get the room that I booked and I dont believe that it was for the same price. The room i was given didnt look anything into comparison for the room i paid for.

The bed was very comfortable but the overall hotel needs updating. I paid extra for a balcony but could not sit out there because of how dirty it was. They don’t give the balconies any attention. The clerk when I first arrived early said she would call me when my room was ready and she didn’t. And there is no way they should be charging for the breakfast it should be complimentary.

I paid for breakfast for two through the Hotels.com app but had no proof of it so they wouldn’t honor my breakfast purchase.The bathroom had a dirty bath mat on the floor that was still wet and brown in color. For the price the hotel appeared to. be old and needed a makeover in certain areas .

The guest service at the desk was very good. The hotel lobby was clean and neat. The room was clean and neat. The pillows were not comfortable. The mattress had a sag that was settled in where the two people have been lying. No free coffee in the lobby. The coffee from the coffee maker in the room was pretty bad.

I liked it because it was standard Courtyard property. What I didn’t like was the price compared to the age of the property. The room is over due a makeover. It needs every thing done the furniture to the light switch’s. The hinges on the doors had signs of rust. Not to be confused with clean. Everything is clean and tidy from the lobby and up into the room. Outdoors could use some work. Landscape is old and over grown. Pool area had potted dead plants. The pool was a nice view from my room. I wasn’t happy that the balcony door was all foggy in the inside of the glass. I would stay there agan just because it was clean.

We are on our honeymoon, which they knew, and still gave us the room by the noisiest elevator in the world with a view of the dirty roof. When asked about moving, i was just laughed at. Definitely expected more from a Marriott hotel.

They were unsure on how to check us in. Check out took longer than expected. They also made sure we knew it was more difficult because we used a third party site to book. The hotel itself was ok. You can tell much of it is dated and our air conditioner took a while to get cold.

Awesome customer service! They were very helpful and addresses any concerns. The cleanliness of the room was my only issue. My son found a jewel (instrument used to smoke) under the covers once the sheets were pulled back.

I booked a King bed with sofa room for my ANNIVERSARY several months ago. Get here to check in only to be told the wi-fi is out and that I have been "upgraded" to 2 queens with a balcony because the room I booked months ago was not actually available when I booked it and proceeded to blame Expedia, who I never have had issues with. The so called great balcony looks over into the Publix parking lot- what an upgrade for the SAME MONEY. Then the shower head sprays out the holes of the shower curtain therefore it flooded the bathroom floor and my shoes. They also offer cereal from the market of you get hungry but no milk, because its only for breakfast. I am very disappointed with my stay here and wish I had of chosen a different location.

My wife and I had an amazing stay, the hotel was perfect with the balcony. The room was clean and refreshing and we would definitely recommend.

This property was nice in my opinion. The beds were comfortable, It’s convenient & the Front desk guy was pleasant. The only small thing that was a minor issue was the floor in the bathroom wasn’t swept/mopped. I have a thing for hair & I saw more than enough small pieces of hair on the floor. Other than that, it was fitting for me and my family!!

This property is due for a refresh. Our shower was not clean with a wad of hair from the previous guest and a bonus of a dirty toilet. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. I have stayed at this property a number of times previously but this will be my last stay

The hotel staff was nice, and the hotel was ok. It was a lot older than what had showed in the pictures. The room was small, but it worked for a one night for 4 people. The air conditioner was loud, and it did not keep our room cool. The entire hotel was pretty warm. After being in the heat, not having a cool place to rest was frustrating.

The appearance of the hotel was unpleasant and looked nothing like the booking site. The attendant lady had an attitude when I brought up the concern of the hotel’s appearance. The smell wasn’t pleasant either. I tried to use the computer to print out our Tropic Falls tickets, the internet wasn’t working. I notified the attendant (white lady) she was unconcerned… I was not satisfied with her service…. The Jamaican attendant was very nice !!!

Front desk clerks were friendly and the property was clean. The beds were super comfortable too! We only stayed for 2 days but we asked the maid for extra towels as we were leaving one day (just in case because there were 4 of us) and they were hanging on our door when we returned. The convenience in location to other things to do made it wonderful! Will definitely stay here again!

It’s worth the extra money to pass this dive up. With the exception of the lady that works the mid day shift the staff is rude, useless and generally do not care. We ended up moving to a different facility. I’m a Bonvoy member and use them all over the word… this facility they should be disappointed about. Terrible place

Fantastic place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff - great restaurant referral- Mikees. Very clean room, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept in. Love the private secluded pool with lovely green space and guest beach towels, not large but enough. Close to grocery, retail, restaurants and beach 2-3 miles away, convenient. Will come back.

Facility was nice pool was great was told bar opened at 5 so I went downstairs for a Bloody Mary before i got an Uber told by front desk the lady would be back shortly sat there 10-15 never came over meanwhile was standing at the front desk and finally asked me if I needed anything

Wonderful Property. Everyone on the staff was amazing. The drinks at the bar were great. We were near plenty of restaurants. Not far from Tropic Falls, which was the reason for our stay.
