I could see road noise being an issue, luckily to me it’s white noise. The view from my door/window was ca highway 92, hence the noise. The door could have used some new weather stripping I could see the old one hanging from the door. All I needed was a fork and I probably spent a total of two hours waiting in the lobby for somebody to come and help me. Even tried calling. Finally somebody answered and I told them I needed a fork and he told me that all they had was forks and I said OK can I come get one? Just…. Awkward. And I feel like he was watching me stand there, didn’t feel great for sure. And the washer and dryer are expensive compared to others.

Best place I've stayed in a long time. This will be where I stay weather it's business or pleasure from now on! I felt safe and very comfortable. Pssss my cat was VERY comfortable!!

They apparently don't have a nighttime front desk clerk. The person who gave me my key did not check me all the way in, which meant that I could not get Wi-Fi. I had to spend 15 minutes talking to tech support from the ISP in order to get Wi-Fi turned on. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, or hand lotion in the room. A sign said that shampoo was available from the front desk.

The staffs, Daisy and Walter were nice and very helpful !! Just one guy who was night shift, he closed the lobby and no responses when we needed help at night!

We stayed here because of the proximity to the facility where my husband had a medical (dental) procedure done. The room was passably clean and a basic accommodation. We had no interaction w/staff except check-in and requesting additional towels (since there is no free housekeeping unless the stay is 7 days or longer). We may have to stay here again in the near future.

Front desk staff: Walter and Daisy were terrific. Make sure to ask for kitchen equipment. It’s not automatic. Be prepared for no room service or pool or gym. (It’s extended stay.)

Its right next to the highway and very noisy. There is a loundry which is expensive and the drier could not dry my clothes (medium load) even after 2 cicles!! I tried middle drier on the 2nd floor!! In general good option for the price!

Be careful with last minute bookings, the staff rejected my booking for the previous day citing that I booked it the next day and hence have to wait till 3pm even tho it was still 2am & I needed somewhere to sleep at that moment

This property is right next to the freeway so ask for a room away from it before you arrive. I was assigned a room next to the freeway and asked to be moved when checking in. The person at the front desk said that’s the room you have been assigned and wouldn’t change it. This property is aware of the noise because they put thick curtains in the windows to lessen the noise. What they should do is install double or triple pane windows.

Difficultly checking in for multiple rooms. Hotel staff did not understand how to check in two rooms under one reservation.

Worst check in ever. Was told we had no res when we did. One of us was in the computer but not the other person. Come to find out , the front desk employee gave are first check-in to someone else. Took over a hour & half to finally get in, and I had to re-book us all over. Late at night got in to first room and mid in the night was soo stinky. Room was not cleaned and found tons of old food garbage under sink. On top of this, shower had almost no water. Couldn't get soap off. They switched me to other room next day after waiting more of my time. Next room still had bad shower. On top of this in the whole week we were there, never seen anyone cleaning up some of the outside trash and bottles laying around the property. Very sad. They did not compensate enough for all are troubles.

Though room has kitchen, no utensils provided. Except for a soap bar and towels no the other bath room amenities provided (like shampoo, lotion etc.,). Must ask front desk for shampoo.
