Would not recommend staying at this hotel, as it is under remodeling construction, and it was not noted anywhere while making the reservation.

Although they had a notice at the front desk about the construction, it would have nice to know before booking. Noisy from the construction plus thin walls heard people in other rooms

Really disappointed with this property. The room we had smelled like mildew. Our room close to the front desk, added a lot of noise. We were too tired to move considering we were only there for a day. The pool needed to get cleaned too.

The room was great. However, after the first night the room was not serviced. No toilet paper and no new towels/wash cloths.

Had hair in my food and the furniture had stains on every piece in our room and in the lobby.

The hotel is up to the standard. The carpet was not dirty but had lost color. Breakfast was fine but being questioned was not pleasant. The shuttle which was a basic reason that I chose this hotel was a little lack of management. The hotel staff on 01/27/2024 morning didn't care if the shuttle was late. They didn't tell us to wait outside. The shuttle came and went. Fortunately we were able to make enough noise for the shuttle to turn back.

Was instructed by hotel to call for the shuttle at the airport to pick us up. No one answered, and we paid $25 for a taxi to the hotel. Disappointing.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean, but every inch of carpeting and lobby upholstery needs to be replaced. We could hear the metro, every movement in the hall and thr tvin the room next door. The pool was nice.

Guests have to call the hotel for an airport pickup. Difficult if you phone won't work in the US - there are no public phones at the airport and you'll need to ask information to call. Rooms are well equipped with coffee machines, clocks, sofa, well fitted bathroom, free wifi, air conditioning and large TV. No noise, but a few negatives are no views (car park and warehouses), no USB ports and the shaving mirror lights didn't work. Front desk stores luggage. Shuttles back to the airport need pre-booking. Public facilities require room key access though keys can be provided by reception. Mariposa subway station on the C line is right next to the hotel. Little else in the area, it's essentially a dormitory hotel.

Property wasnt what i expected as a hilton property it was poorly cleaned.furniture kind of outdated
Not as i expected to be in a hilton brand hotel. Bed was comfortable though. bathtub was rusted and durty.

I was put in a handicap accessible room. That’s is not what I needed. When I called front desk they didn’t offer the option to move me to another room.
The bedding was dingy, and the furniture looks old and dated not mention the carpet.
The only thing nice about this hotel is the lobby because the parking was full and the only parking space was dark a quite a walking distance from the entrance.

Great stay, perfect for quick overnight stops. Hockey Rink is next door, perfect for Tournaments or Early Games that you might want to stay overnight for.

this property is very convenient for LAX. Staff were super helpful when I left something behind. Phoned up the next day and they found it and kept it safe till I could retrieve it.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean and quiet and the staff were very nice. My only comment is that I arrived at Terminal B and the shuttle pick up was very confusing.

The location of the hotel was great - easy Uber ride to the coast and the airport. The breakfast was good. Few cons: the room was next to an air compressor which was loud and the airport shuttle was late and we ended up being late and called an uber instead.

Ordered a king size room while arriving they said that what they have received from Orbitz is double bed. I don’t know who should be blame for! But the feeling is not good.

i liked that we could hardly hear planes from inside our room. i did not the worn out carpets in the hallways some places were bad enough to be tripping hazards.

Very nice hotel and clean. Staff a bit rude (older lady) asked about dining recommendations and she was not very nice and helpful. Older evening gentleman at the bar very rude as well. We asked for a fork and he did not say one single word and looked pissed off.
Breakfast was great but the staff at the bar and kitchen made it awkward as they sat and stared at all the guest eating. No good morning or smiles.
Custimer service is everything and this place doesn't have that.
