The Staff members are incredibly sincere & thoughtful. They show a level of respect for one another that is admirable and inspiring (not the case at the Mumbai location).

Good location, good food, Very quiet after the recent upgrade from Vivanta to Taj. I was worried about the road noise, but the room had double glazed windows and there was no noise at all.

Excellent service. Will recommend again. And by the way, often you hear about some small eateries which serve excellent fluffy idlis or soft vadas etc. Try Taj MG Road for Rawa Masala Dosa. The best I ever had 🙏

I had booked lake view room. When I checked in I found out that I was not placed in a lake view room. When I complasined they said they have no rooms with lake view available. So I unpacked and 30 minutes later they called to let me know that they have found a lake view room and i can move there. Very inconvenient once unpacked. Not like Taj I am used to in the past.

Excellent service from all levels of employees who cared about you, I was a long haul guest so began to learn more about the hotel.

Check in was smooth and everyone was very welcoming. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and updated with multiple USB charging ports to charge foreign devices without and adaptor. Overall, excellent hotel!

Service at Taj is par-excellence. Staff is super friendly and helpful. If you like the center of the time stay, this is very convenient on MG Rd - center of the town. Food at Taj is always good. I used Spa and the person was well trained on Indian stye massage.

More like a Taj boutique hotel. It is compact, breakfast is limited, check-in process was not smooth and overall fixtures finishing was not perfect. No complaints regarding the service though. Special shoutout to Ningaraju from the travel desk who took good care of our requirements.

Dear General Manager: This note is being written with absolutely fab memories. Nov'21 is when I was there and during the pandemic with all the restrictions, I had chosen the Taj only cause I know the care you guys wud take. And I was totally delighted. From the lobby area, to your Reception at all times, checkin folks, Concierge staff, to Mr. Rajesh and his team, a lady included, in Room Service, the Restaurant Manager, all followed all instructions - Of keeping one set of sanitized cutlery for all in room dining, bottles of water to heat and sanitize, bed and turn down service not to be done, no entry into the room all to ensure sanitized by self all times. The room service followed all nitty gritties as stated. Outstanding effort and listening to guest needs. I was not stressed as soon as I saw day 1 was adhered to and it just got replicated all the next 4 days which is Consistency in execution of 5 star service. Kudos to the team. I am from the ITC Sheraton background, yet always chose The Taj to stay as I know this is always consistent and executes to the T. I want to name all of the folks but forgetting the names sorry. I was gifted a religion book by the team in the room, that was sweet:) Team please keepup this great work, You guys rock!! Taj BLR I loved my stay and thankyou for making it stress free for me during these sensitive times. I am not an easy client but I never needed to repeat any instruction. Sweet memories you give me of Bangalore.

The ametieis inside the room was not to my expectation. The wifi had lots of issues which hampered my hybrid meetongs. The provision in the room was for just 1 person while the room was booked for 2 persons.
