It was a fantastic stay. Ritesh and the Four Points by Sheraton representatives truly created a welcoming and accommodating experience for my family and I. I had a late flight and Ritesh granted my family and I with a late check out free of charge. Sanjay and the housekeeping crew kept our rooms immaculately clean and also provided ample toiletries. The accommodations were spotless and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing experience. The hotel's prime location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with a joyful attitude that added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and convenient experience!

We booked 3 rooms, and for all 3 rooms we selected a higher catagory with "view" added. For a 40-floor hotel, then I am expecting floor 15+ to experience a view in any direction. We got installed in the second floor, supposedly rooms with a view are "subject to availability" and the rooms with view are towards the street. As this hotel is situacted next to an 8-lane highway, a 2nd floor "view" is nothing else than cars, cars and cars. We were able to get one room moved to the 17th floor. DON'T SELL ROOMS WITH A VIEW, IF THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE. Overall the hotel was excellent, staff was (mostly) friendly and very servicable. Special thanks to the concierge who helped us out on anything we needed for activities. But everything is dragged down by the fact that we got installed on the second floor.

Our room was spacious and with an amazing view. We were treated very well and ate well at the restaurant as well. Will definitely go back if I end up going to Dubai again with my family. Went with family of 5 including 3 children.

Can smell the smoke from the vents coming from the smoking rooms. Shower door went only half way. Staff who cleaned rooms were very nice and friendly. Received wrong info from concierge staff regarding where locations were and how long to get there more than once. No chairs for balcony. Ac was very weird to operate.

Another visit, another triumph, of a stay at Four Points, Sheikh Zayed Road. The hotel always offers an oasis of calm from the whirl of activity that is Dubai. As usual, the hotel offered excellence across the board. This evidently starts from the outstanding guidance and direction of the Manager and extends to the amazing service offered by the in-house restaurants, concierge and reception, housekeeping and security. The food and service in the restaurants (we mainly dined in the Pascal Tepper) is outstanding and run like a well oiled machine by Verna and her team. The food is always a delight, so thank you Fassil and Shane and their team. The Coffee Tree (1st floor) remains a go to place for a quiet coffee without the usual din of muzak. Add in, too, a special mention of Frank on security who is a model of professionalism and is always ready to offer his assistance.

Nice hotel in the main area of Dubai. It was close to the airport and to the Dubai Mall. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was nicely maintained. The buffet breakfast had lot of options including Indian items.

There were a couple of hiccups when i checked. They were quick to resolve it. I was completely pleasantly surprised with my birthday deco and amenities on a milestone birthday in this property. Returning home with pleasant memories. Thank you to the team. Including the housekeeping team. Buffet spread during breakfast can be improved, especially the coffee options. Instead of a coffee machine.

One of the worst experiences, if not the worst, and therefore I will not return to that building called a hotel, and it will not even qualify as a hostel for stray dogs. It seems that they hired a distinguished marketing consultant without knowing the true level of the place, and the result is that the place is overcrowded, including making it appear overcrowded and dirty. For example, how can a building with more than 60 floors operate with only 2 reception staff, not to mention the rudeness of the reception staff, especially A…. My reservation for half board meant a meal with breakfast, whether lunch or dinner. I was surprised at the time of leaving the hotel that he was trying to make me think that what I had was something else. One day he was not in custody, and when I spoke out loud that I would write about what happened, he tried to pretend that he was solving the issue, and the topic was a gift from him. I am a blogger and a professional photographer. Not to mention everything I mentioned, let you imagine, the last thing a professional photographer and journalist expects. It is like me having a foolish security employee come to him when he saw me adjusting my camera settings and tell me that photography is forbidden, as if I bought this camera and equipment to photograph trivial things and not for the content of a YouTube channel whose number of subscribers has reached nearly 24 thousand. terrible maintenance out of water whole night with out inform us after they turn on water dirty water coming we are comfortable using hotel didn’t do much abt we miss the trip bcz not Abel to get ready on time bcz of dirty water , lobby bakery have flys in there pastries display food we order have to left on table bcz of flys told the manger she say she call let’s control until they won’t arrive nothing much she can do

This is my second time staying here. I stayed at Four Points again because my first trip was excellent. I would really like to thank Kelly on the front desk - I turned up early after an overnight flight and she managed to find me a room. MANY thanks. I will add that the bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were high quality. Similar to my previous stay, it was great. Every employee I interacted with was kind and helpful. I used the rooftop pool every day. It was very clean and I was the only swimmer early in the morning. Very enjoyable. Breakfast was great, as were the staff. Excellent value. This time I ate dinner in the Indian restaurant on the mezzanine. It was really great and hotel guests get 20% discount. I also used the coffee shop on the first floor. Good coffee and a very nice space with big windows. While my room was very clean, it was starting to show age/use in places. One part of the towel rail fell off and I found the curtains a bit hard to open. However, a great stay overall. The hotel has an excellent location. Great value for money. I will stay here again when I am next in Dubai.
