The location is god if you have a car. The lobby and breakfast room are great. The room was fine, the bed very comfortable. but the bathroom needs remodeling. After having spent one previous night in their sister hotel in Beauford, I was a little disappointed.

The shower was amazing. Enjoyed separate living area and bed. The view was peaceful and relaxing. Our only complaint was that the sink drained very slowly.

Nice view of adjacent Yacht club. Off the beaten path and quiet. Room was Ok but nothing special. Air conditioner was so loud you could not sleep. Left it off during the night. Nice breakfast area

We enjoyed the staff. Check in was great. Housekeeping was "spot on" The building itself just needs some work. The AC in the hallway was very loud. Something had spilled at some point in our room and could never be dryed completely. It gets in the linoleum cracks and needs deep vac! What mattered most was that you could go out on the balcony & pool was clean and open all year long. We would go back.

When I booked this property, the ad said WIFI was free. On my confirmation it said WIFI was free. When I checked out, I was charged $70 for 4 days of WIFI. I have the Marriott app on my phone but did not use it to book my room. Using the app appears to be the only way to get free WIFI so it can't be free when booking through Expedia. The ad and confirmation from Expedia are untrue. Be ware.

I liked the location fairly close to Folly Beach, and I also liked the friendliness of the staff. The Cambria hotel down the street serves dinner until 10pm if I remember correctly, but there isn’t anything else walking distance for dinner.

We enjoyed our 1st visit to Charleston so so much. Lovely historic city. So clean. So reminiscent of NOLA but cleaner, safer, classier, friendlier - just WOW! The hotel was a pleasure. Good comfy room, wonderful breakfast every day, good service, they cleaned our room EVERY DAY and we did not have to ask for it. YAY! Spring Hill Suites.

The morning front desk representative was awesome! Our room did not have working AC - it was 98 degrees during our entire stay. Needed to request a move to another room. Was accommodated but new room had a clogged toilet. Poor attention to detail.
