Dec 2021When I arrived, I went to the check in desk to check in. The lady said there weren’t any rooms available but she would call me when the next one opens up. I waited for hours outside, went to Walmart, bought groceries and took my kids to the park and still no call. I decided to head back and wait in the lobby as it was cold to have my 1 year old outside. 2 different groups walked in -checked in- and got a room. I walked to the check in desk to follow up and was told “let me see what I can do”. I ultimately wasn’t given the room I had paid for (full kitchen), I was given. Kitchenette, provided an electrical stove and told to call it a day. Besides that though , when I got my room keys, I wasn’t informed on the amenities or anything of that, however the previous check ins were notified. I think the girl from the front desk was racist. I look hondorian/salvadorian/puerto rican (dark skin tone) but I am Mexican. Not sure what other difference there could have been between myself and the other guests. I didn’t like the customer service and won’t be going back. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Jun 2021Very good facilities especially the outdoor pool and the 7th floor steam rooms, gym and hot tub.
The bed was very comfortable, not king size but more a queen. The reception lady went out of her way to get us a room on arrival aa we were early. That was very much appreciated. We found an amazing Italian restaurant within 5 mins walk and we had a lovely one night stay for my daughter's birthday treat.

Oct 2021This property was lovely I would definitely suggest staying here. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the reason we got a deluxe room was for the tub near the bed. The drain of the tub was completely broken and we were unable to take a bath. It was very disappointing paying extra for that room and not even being able to fully enjoy it the way we intended. It was for a special occasion, our anniversary so we definitely were bummed. When I told the front desk they said they would look into doing something but they never called me back. Was very disappointed that our problem was never taken care of and we still had to pay full price.

Sep 2022This property was beautiful and we loved the layout of the room and our kids loved the upstairs playroom. The staff was friendly. The negative feedback is due to the room's lack of air conditioning. We kept all of the shades drawn the entire time we were staying at the hotel and all fans on their highest setting and our bedroom was 85 degrees during the day. During our stay, it did not cool off at night until 9 or 10pm at which point we would open the window and put the box fan there to pull in the cool air - this would allow the room to get more comfortable, but not early enough for our kids to sleep comfortably. We wanted to love this hotel, but we will definitely not be returning, especially during the Summer.

Sep 2021This is a wonderful place to stay, it has everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the fire pit by the pool and the kids enjoyed the game room, so many fun games to play. Also, the fitness room was top notch, very clean, wonderful hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Mar 2021The room was very comfortable & clean. Only 2 issues... son & family has reservations for fire pit (due to Covid protocol) but there was another group there and the attendant said ‘that’s ok you can still go’ ... then why the reservations? Also, some of the staff was kind of rude.

Jul 2022The property is perfectly located to anything you would want to do in Avon. We walked everywhere. The units have everything you need to make your stay affordable and fun! There is no AC, but this was not a problem for us as the weather was relatively mild so we just opened windows and sliders, and along with the ceiling fans it was great.

Jun 2022The place is top notch but I have a few concerns the tube is to tall and is slippery my wife could not use it. There is only one very small trash can. Would be nice to have somekind of complementary breakfest. Need more handicap parking. My wife is handicapped and we couldnt get to hotel until late had a very difficult time fing parking

Jun 2014The one bedroom unit we rented for the Memorial Day weekend had a lot of the comforts you would find in your own home. Fireplace, jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, full-size refrigerator, flat screen TV's in both the bedroom and living room. Our stay was made much more comfortable because of these amenities because the weather was less than ideal. I definitely will stay here again whenever I visit the Vail/Beaver Creek area.

Dec 2022The hotel and room were fantastic. There is a great pool and hot tub on the ground level and on Level 7 is a fantastic fitness centre with premium equipment plus two more hot tubs, one undercover and the other one outside, all of which have great views towards the mountains. The ski bus stop is just outside the hotel and the huge city supermarket and shops/dining etc are all within an easy ten minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Dec 2021Stayed at this property 3 times. This time it was very disappointing, the furniture is getting old, couch and chairs fabric ripped, coffee maker not working. No toiletries provided. Could not connect with reception, no one answered the phone. Very disappointed, we will not return.

Feb 2022Nicely appointed condo with new furniture. Public areas were very clean and well maintained. View from the hot tub on the sky deck was glorious! Just cross the street and catch the Avon ski shuttle, too easy!
