Very comfortable stay. Extremely clean. Felt very safe. Coin Laundry is available. The room has a fridge, wish it had a microwave too.

The woman that checked me in, didnt give me any information for my stay...not even the location of the elevator. Other staff I came into contact with in the morning were courteous and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great too.

I can't say enough nice things about the fantastic service I received from the gentleman at the front desk. True kindness and professionalism. The hotel is beautiful, conveniently located, and has top notch staff. What a find!

The place is very nice. The workers there is there to greet you. I love how i didnt have to wait on the front desk to show up. They are super respectful. The place is a great place for a family trip or even just a trip for self.

Great value for the price in this area. Overall the room is clean, comfortable with great WiFi, AC/Heat and all lights were in working order. Toiletries worked great and plenty of towels/pillows. Beds were amazing and the location is quiet with amazing restaurants in the immediate area. We had a few issues but nothing that required us to change our room. Eric is a great asset to the property. The room key (Rm 165) would not unlock even after a couple of change outs - Eric got us keys that worked. The toilet wouldn’t flush correctly and we were provided a plunger. Once that got cleared out I noticed that the ring seal on the bottom was leaking a little, hopefully maintenance will take care of that. It was a great place to rest between hikes, will plan to visit again.

Super Accommodating. Works well with transportation and alternative means. The food service is great. The food menu could be expanded to keep the guests at the hotel. That may not be possible with the Commons and it’s scenery.

There were a few things that negatively impacted our stay. The biggest one was the walls and doors of this hotel were so thin. We could hear words of the conversation the people next door to us were having, and they weren't yelling. You could hear people through the door in the hallway so clearly it sounded like they were in the room. The first time someone was out there talking we genuinely checked to see if the door was open because it sounded so loud. There were other little things like the lights next to the bed not working and the temperature control of the shower being really delayed any time you changed it. Overall I expected better for the price/brand.

Stay at lots of HGI properties … this one is top notch. Very clean, comfy and safe. Not much in walking distance, so definitely need transportation to get to things.

The second time I have stayed here. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in with little touches that make the room quite comfortable. Like that it is an easy walk to the Commons shopping and restaurant area. When visiting family in the San Fernando Valley I will always stay here. Thanks to a great staff and breakfast staff too,

Felt uncomfortable to use any towels in the room and the bed due to one of the towels that were folded nicely in the bathroom had pink lipstick marks. The stay made it less trusting for the cleanliness was actually done to the room.

There was one gal at the kitchen that was not friendly. However the gentleman on Wednesday night was exceptional. The interior walls are thin causing all noises from hallways and other rooms to be heard. AC unit was loud.

Nice and clean. Walk to The Commons to get something to eat. I wouldn’t recommend Marmalade. Grocery store, Ralph’s, walking distance. Get Hanks Bagels in the morning, very good and not too far, across the street from The Commons.
Only negative thing have to say is the gym is vey small. Almost awkward if you get two people in there.

Someone needs to oil the door hinge leading to the bathroom in Room 153. The bed mattress was too soft for our liking, but you can't please all of the people all of the time!
