We have stayed at Coco yearly for the last 9 years. We have been going to Negril for the last 20 yrs. We absolutely love Coco and will keep coming back

Great location, very clean and over-all great staff. But extremely slow food delivery or not at all and then many meals were not hot or even warm. Pretty much just gave up on any meals except continental breakfast.

Went to Negril for my Husbands 40th birthday and stayed here. All the staff made us feel welcome and were so friendly. They were very accommodating and arranged transportation for us to and from the airport and also when we wanted to travel to Ricks to see the cliffs. Our junior sweet room was lovely and clean. Wonderful memories!

Each day we were greeted with a smile from every staff member. They went out of their way to make our stay special and fulfill our requests. The only challenge was a refrigerator which was needed to keep medication cold, was temperamental and turned off regularly. This was not fixed until after we left. I believe it was a result of a busy resort and the holiday season. The rest of the trip was top notch!

The stay was excellent. The only weak spot is the front desk. Excessive and unnecessary paperwork to check in. Check in therefore slow. Staff is excellent and friendly. This is not a top end resort and Negril is not very developed which is part of the charm. No elevators makes moving bags a problem.

The property itself was quite appealing with natural beauty and abundant seating options throughout, but the service ranged from indifferent to hostile. There were a few friendly staff in the dining room, but their smiles didn't compensate for the systemic inefficiencies and overall lack of the concept of hospitality.

Traveled with a few friends and overall we were satisfied. One main drawback was the service at the restaurant was quite slow. However the servers were very pleasant.

Coco is perfectly situated on 7 mile beach with beautiful almond trees providing lots of shade. Lush tropical grounds, well maintained. The beachfront restaurant and bar was right on the beach. Service was kinda slow, but, we're in Jamaica, mon. The only very minor improvement is to suggest better coffee makers and coffee in the rooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing first time at Coco LaPalm. Staff was friendly, service was top notch, beach was large with lots of chairs, resort is well laid out! We will be back.

So we requested that the toilet needed to be fixed Went up to the desk The lady said they would send someone to fix it . No one came !! Then we called the front desk The lady once again said someone would fix it . No one ever showed up !! I ALSO TOLD THEM WHEN I CHECKED OUT . I’ll bet it won’t be fixed … Plumming always seems to be a problem

Stayed 11 days at Coco, for the first-time, leading up to Haloween. Everything was great and surpassed our expectations! Room was nice, wirh king size bed, patio and large ahower. Resort was spotless abd all staff, including security, were amazing, friendly and helpful! The 5 days of events leading up to the haloween party, with free buffet and drinks, blew us away! Fun fun fun!! We can't wait to go back and become a repeater!

We had a wonderful time at this resort. The customer service was excellent. Beach was kept very clean. Lifeguards would set up lounge chairs for you with towels every morning upon request. Men went fishing, caught fish and the beach bar chef prepared it and it was very delicious!!!! Security was there to make sure vendors did not harass but let you approach if you wanted. Amazing live music during happy hour. Everyday was an event. We will definitely be going every year!

This was our third time at this resort and we had a great time, as usual. It is centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, so there are plenty of dining and partying options no matter which way you decide to head that day. Property is clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The first room we had, had a very bad odor coming from the shower drain, the room was damp and the floor stayed wet, asked for a room change, was upgraded to a beautiful beach front pool side room at our own expense,and extended our stay. Food was awesome, great chefs however pricey. Staff was courteous and polite. Grounds were well kept and a very comfortable setting. We had an issue with a racist guest who was harassing us and we had to report it to management the last two days of our 12 day stay. Not sure if they ever dealt with her because she was still there when we left. That was a huge turn off.

We had a great staycation at Coco La Palm. Special shout-out to Naresh who was so great at check-in AND check-out! The staff are accommodating and friendly. Food options are good at the restaurant and continental breakfast is included or you can upgrade to any other breakfast option and get a USD$5 discount. The meals would be USD$10 or less with the discount so it’s def worth it with the discount. There are also lots of small roadside restaurants nearby (Sweet Pot is a fave and literally 1 minute away). The junior suite is exactly how the pictures look and so spacious - especially for a family. We will definitely be coming back soon!

This is our first time staying at CocoLaplam. What a beautiful property. The room what very clean and large to fit our luggages. Great pools and the beach is only a few steps from our room. The restaurant has a great Jamaican feel and we truly enjoyed eating our breakfast and watching the calm waters. Felt very safe here. What a gem 💎

We enjoyed our stay at Coco LaPalm. It is an older property like many of the boutique hotels in Negril. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location is ideal. The rooms are older but well maintained and comfortable. Updating the rooms would be a plus. Since we spent very little time in the room we did not mind the age of the room. Also the value was good. The AC could definitely benefit from an upgrade-it is an older noisy in wall unit. We had dinner twice in the restaurant. The service was very good. The meals were ok but not memorable. We would stay there again.

I loved the staff at this hotel! I loved the location the beach was so close and so beautiful I spent all day everyday there. The food was amazing for breakfast, lunch & dinner. I especially enjoyed happy hour at the bar. I will definitely be back I have always stayed AI but this is my new Jamaican home!!!!

the staff and hospitality. They were accommodating with requests. However, my first assigned room had a very strong moldy smell and the sheets were moist which to me was an indication of moisture in the room. Otherwise the facility was lovely.
