There was no towels in the room and guy at the window he said he was going to call me in a bit two hours passed by and I had to give him a call

Lots of drug use by homeless people/guest alike roaming the entire property all day and night making noise we complained to no avail about the neighbors who were non stop slamming door and walls tv full blast all night nothing was done. no security at all pets are welcome yet staff and guest don’t pick up after animals. Health department should really go check this place out I will post pictures of what come to find out my family was sleeping on very disturbing these people should be investigated throughly lots of suspicious activity going on would not recommend anyone stay at this motel6 until it gets cleaned up by the proper authorities

The guy at the front desk was very helpful and it was easy to check. Everything was ok except for The elevator stunk, outside the hotel was noisy but for the price I think was ok.

AS MUCH MONEY THEY’RE CHARGING FOR ROOMS THEY NEED HOUSEKEEPING TO CLEAN BETTER. THANK GOD I COME WITH MY OWN CLEANING ITEMS. AND GET MORE TOWELS THEY NEVER HAVE TOWELS. ALSO HOUSEKEEPING SHOULD WEAR HAIR NETS BECAUSE THIER HAIR BE IN THE BED SHOWER ETC.

Hola I just get the room for emergency n Chula Vista SD y went ti the lobby to check in 349 n rest for bith n my best fried get in the water no towel s any size ., do I run to the lobby n the guy at the fron desk no towels no towels n that’s all I ask why n no towels so n he tell me you have to come in in the morning to ask SO NO TOWELS THAT DAY IN ROOM 249 motel 6 Chula Vista

Check-in went well but then had to change rooms as the key did not work. New room was good and closer to my car. However, NO TOWELS. Even the next morning, guests were unable to get fresh towels. Couldn't take a shower. And lack of supplies for coffee. This wasn't my first stay so I know it could be better.

It wasn’t a great experience because my room had no towels at all. The front desk personnel mentioned he’d eventually have some sent up but I never received any. A lot of abandoned clothes on the stairway. Cops showed up downstairs. And bags of trash outside some of the rooms. It wasn’t a terrible experience but it wasn’t a good one either. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was dirty and the floor sticky. They didn’t refund me one day that I did not use the room because I preferred to move to other hotel. Bad service.

Staff at property were awesome. However the room was dirty and customer support was not helpful regarding a refund for a double charge. Room next to us was broken into while we were staying.

I showed them my itinerary. Motel 6 said “Expedia overbooked the hotel and did not honor my reservation confirmation number. I was screwed 115 miles from home

We checked in all was good. We went out for a while and when we got back our key wasn’t working and could visibly see that someone (not from our party) was inside our room. the hotel had given our room to someone else. All our stuff was already in the room and that other person didn’t bother to talk to the hotel about it. Overall incredibly disappointing. They require ID of all parties at check in…clearly they aren’t double checking and making sure names coincide with the reservation.

We paid $108 just to go to our room and not have not 1 pillow on the bed. We went to the office let them know and they let us know they would send pillows to our room. 3 hours later nothing. I was irritated so we decided to check out early and go else wear. Didn’t offer us a refund or anything. Wouldn’t come back here again.

The place was filled with homeless people hanging all around the property. Felt very unsafe. No wifi like promised. In fact I left within 40 minutes. I’m expecting a REFUND! If I don’t get I’ll sue for it! Terrible! I couldn’t get the Fox channel so a “maintenance man” came said he could do nothing. He looked homeless himself. I have nothing against homeless people. But in large numbers I don’t feel safe. Mary Jane who checked me in was rude and her behavior was unacceptable. Again, I paid $100.00 for that trash and didn’t even stay there.

Absolutely disgusting. Terrible neighborhood, sheets were gross, room was dirty, switched rooms and didn’t help. Room smelt like cigarettes and trash. Homeless people staying on property (not in rooms) security had to be hired. Music and people until about 4am

i stay there for 3 hrs the room it was dirty smell bad , i talk to the person in front desk to cancel they set the first nigth i can not cancel because i was check in , but i cancel the next nigth waiting to see if they going to give me my money back

Our bed had a bad indentured space was very uncomfortable to sleep even checked out a day earlier to get a room elsewhere we heard people all night walking back and forth above our room and people being loud outside our room will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone

Basic no-frills room. All very good. McDonalds next door. Lots of amenities. 3 minute walk to San Diego Blue-Line Trolley. Can get to Imperial Beach and the Airport using trolley and bus. Pay cash for the bus, credit card for trolley. All very, very good. This location is about half-way from Imperial beach and the airport/downtown.

Besides a couple drug addicts who stay around and in the area overall an okay experience. Rooms smelled stuffy when you enter. But as if everything stays closed and not aired out. At first glance rooms are clean but then notice surface areas weren’t wiped or dusted. Bed a bit too stiff for my liking but that’s preference. But for the price it’s what you pay for.

The room was nicer than expected, the microwave and mini refrigerator really came in clutch, be prepared to bring your own towels and toiletries, they do provide some but not adequate and the quality is a bit rough to my personal liking, however the near by restaurants and fast food is nice, the best part is walking across the street to the train station.
