I booked a 1 bedroom suite with a king bed and full pull out sleeper couch because my husband and I were traveling with our 3 kids. They gave us a standard room with a king and a twin size pull out. When I called the front desk to inform them of the error they said that I was wrong and that on their end it said king room with a pull out on a high floor? The room was not big enough for us and we were really uncomfortable, but we stuck it out because it seemed like we had no choice.

Dining option hours limited especially after fire alarm going off at 3:55am with no explanation - would have wanted breakfast extended

Overall a lovely stay and I was appreciative of the warm friendly staff, clean stylish lobby & lounge, and clean comfortable room. The freeway noise was noticeable but not a big deal.

Every time we have stayed here the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Property is kinda hidden back at the end of a court with another hotel. It’s close to major interstate, highway and shopping.

I chose this hotel specifically for it's bar which was not open. I also chose it for breakfast, but apparently my stay didn't qualify for a free breakfast. I stay at a hotel twice a week. I paid extra to have those amenities, and neither was provided.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. They remembered me (and my dog) from my last visit, they had my room and special requests ready when I arrived (before checkin time). They me feel safe and special. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

I have traveled around the world and have NEVER had such a terrible experience at a hotel. The hotel is pretty and clean, but there is nothing else I can say about our stay that is positive. First and foremost, the manager - Vanessa Philips - has THE WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. We were attending a cheer competition and this hotel was close to the event center. Many parents from many different teams were taking advantage of the amenities provided in the cost we paid to stay at the hotel and were hanging out and chatting in the lobby. Other than some kids running around and some noise because there were 10 different conversations occurring, nothing bad had occurred. All of the sudden one of our moms was walking up to her room and her CHILD told her that they called the cops and we needed to leave. This seemed outrageous because nothing had occurred. I approached the front desk to find out what was going on and she said "that's above my head - my manager did that". I asked where her manager was and she pointed me in that direction. I approached the manager (who refused to give us her name at the time) and asked what was going on. She told me we had received many warnings and she called the copy because we were not listening to them. I informed her that no one had said anything to us and without hesitation, she shoved her finger in my face and shouted "no one warned you? YOU ARE A LIAR!" I was blown away. There isn't anymore space to continue,but corporate knows

Great staff friendly, and clean property.

All the staff were nice. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the bathroom was huge. The lobby was beautiful and had a small bar in it. The lady who helped us was very kind. We were celebrating my son's 21st birthday so she was the first to card him and she thought it was great. Also gave us some places to go out to for the night.

The Assistant Manager working on Thanksgiving was so hospitable it blew us away. She upgraded us to a handicapped room and was so nice.

It was very dog friendly.

The lobby is beautiful, staff is very friendly. Rooms look nice but much smaller than the photos make them appear. The place feels safe. Bed was horribly uncomfortable and one pillow smelled like it had been stuffed in someones BO soaked armpit or worse... we also were woken up to fire alarms going off multiple times early in the morning... oh and one small thing i noticed that the inspections for both the elvators were 2 months expired.

They were incredibly friendly friendly upon arrival and very accommodating. I felt very welcome at the hotel.

My daughter and I stayed the night to go to a concert. The Hotel is great. The room was clean and fresh. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it. Next time I’m in the area I will staying here.

I was traveling with my dog and the hotel staff was super friendly and accomodating about it. They even hunted down a microwave for me so I didn't have to leave the room (and my dog) to heat my dinner. Thanks to all, we appreciate the great stay.

Unfortunately, it is located right next to a freeway which does not stop. It was loud and noisy from the time we got here until the time we left. The staff is superb but too noisy for me.

when I turned on the heater, it set the fire alarm off, so I just shut it off - smelled like burning dust. Handle on the shower was loose and felt like it might fall off. room was large and spacious, bed comfortable, staff super kind and respectful. Overall great stay.

Everyone we encountered was so friendly, from Michael at check-in, who went over and above to get us checked in early, to the people who made our coffee in the morning, they all greeted us with a smile and made us feel so welcome.

Lots of street noise, railroad noise and sirens during the night.

Mold in the bathroom. Dusty stained pull out couch. Dirty carpets.

Great staff friendly

The front desk staff is very friendly. The have to cover the desk and respond to things like clogged toilets which seem like a lot to ask. Cleanliness is not a strong point. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling, crayon under the bath vanity. The room needed a new carpet, the desk was distressed and the dresser drawers needed extra help closing. The location was great, convenient to dining & shopping.

I had no problems with this hotel. Staff were very friendly, room was neat and clean, plenty of parking.

The food at the hotel restaurant was overpriced for what you get.

The only issue was the condition of the couch & chair in the room very dirty and warn and carpet had black spots all over it. The staff was great very friendly and helpful, we didn't mention the furniture to them we just put towels over the arms of furniture.

Charging daily for parking seems a bit too greedy. Also, 4:00pm check in time should be earlier. Overpriced for what you get.

My family enjoyed the stay. The rooms were comfortable and roomie. The hotel looked great.
