My family and I stayed for 2 nights. We had traveled 4 hours for a soccer tournament. Extended Stay has certainly downgraded from what I remember. The carpet was stained, smelly, the rooms weren't clean, the whole experience was a disappointment. I hope corporate reads and more importantly take action for the lack of cleanliness. This Hotel needs a lot of help. Seems like the investors don't care/ Would rather get a fat paycheck than invest in the clients that matter.

Be sure you have your own pillows here. Not sure they were even pillows on the beds. Seemed like a towel in a pillow case. Beds need to be replaced extremely uncomfortable. Requiring an ID for both adults for safety purposes definitely didnt make me feel safe nor did the broke down truck that was obviously being lived in.

I guess the room was ok but the area is unsafe. Too much loitering inside and outside the property. They need more security. I thought I was going to be mugged when I got there when a deaf man with a hood pulled over his head came rushing towards me to ask for jumper cables. Scared the hell out of me.

We had an issue with next door cuz of music but they took care of it an they refunded for that night an kicked out the problem an my following night it was awesome good service an honestly I recommend this property because they took care of me. Tori weekend manager helped a took care of it . She was nice a very professional a she said that music an any noise is unacceptable on the property especially on quiet hours. Excellent Work You need more of Tori . Rebeca needs classes on being professional

We were waiting for more than 1 hour to check in due to system issue and front office staff didn’t bother to give proper response. I was waiting with senior citizen (above 80 years) outside the cold weather. We booked another hotel due to poor service.

Well I was Very Pleased with The Room it's was So Nice and Comfy it's exactly what I needed I worked Hard All Year to deserve these two days off to get away I also had some Laser done in My Face so I needed to Recover.. But Both Mornings i kept getting woke up by The Front Desk I was two doors down which was probably a not so Good thing . From 6-9 was So Loud I don't want to be a Humbug or a Scrooge or anything but I was Very Unhappy about that! Plus the Coffee thing in the Morning this Hotel makes a lot of Business and for it to have No Creamer for Coffee is Also a Huge inconvenience I'm Sorry but this is How I Feel... I want to come back bcuz I've been a Member since 2020 Hope when I do return things will Be Better. Bcuz this is such a Nice Relaxing Place to come to

The hotel is in a decent area, but other than that, I can’t recommend this hotel. First time I stayed here, it was decently clean and well maintained, but it has gone downhill. The room I stayed in was on the second floor, the carpets were all stained and the halls had a weird smell. The room itself was out dated and pretty worn out. One of the pillow cases looked like it was dirty, the carpet was sticky and dirty, and the shower was having a hard time draining. It’s not bad for a one night stay, but I don’t recommend anything longer.

Staff was very nice and I felt safe but didn’t look to clean in hallways and elevators. Also, they didn’t have any breakfast as stated. Their coffee machine was broken and they didn’t serve anything.

The front desk staff were cold and seems not willing to help. I arrived around 1:30pm and the lady just said no room available for early check in without even looking at the computer. She said as soon as there is a room available she would call me. Never received the call. Next day I went to the lobby for breakfast, there was only coffee and some snack bar. That's it. No muffin as promised. I asked the same lady and she said it was not delivered on that day. But the following day still the same. Then I realized she never told the truth. The check out guy was also cold. However, there is one front desk guy Jordan was really helpful and kindly response to all my enquiries and requests.

As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by the wonderful Miss Angie. She really makes you feel welcomed and is very accommodating. The rooms are a decent size and the beds are very comfortable. Definitely will be returning.

The rating for this property did not meet expectations. The property was run down. Our room had dirt on the kitchen floor and the rug had numerous spots. This property needs a lot of TLC The bathroom was clean and the towels were clean and nice.

Stayed here for 8 days and was a good experience. Although this location was further out than I wanted to be, it was worth it. The room was clean and smelled good the entire time (they use some type of air freshener). The bed and pillows were comfortable. Comes with a kitchen and upon request, they will supply you with kitchenware as well as a coffee maker. Angie and Rebecca at the front desk were so friendly and delightful with their happy, smiling faces. Thank you for keeping this place up so well. It made my visit in Cali less of a headache knowing I had a clean and safe place to lay my head :)

showerhead and bottom part wasn't working properly...made some loud as noise, the remote has gunk on it for the tv...and strange smell around the area...staff was great, just the hotel needs some fix up.

I reserved the room base on photos and my personal needs, I only needed to spend the night and eat breakfast in the morning. I was in panic mode as I walk the hall on the third floor, the carpet was nasty, the smell was very bad and I was considering loosing my money and go elsewhere, fortunately when I entered the room, it wasn’t bad, the room itself was clean but the smell on the bathroom was bad as if it was getting a source of air from outside. There were super limited amount of supplies for showering and the sink and bathtub were not functioning properly. Lastly, when in the morning I went to get breakfast, there were three pots of coffee, two of them empty and really nothing but snack bars and tee. If you are reading this, I would recommend you to pay an extra 20 or 30 bucks and go to a serious hotel, I highly regret have booked this when I could’ve gone to a 4.5 hotel for an extra 30 dollars. Don’t save the difference, is not worth it.
