You can tell the owners take pride in their property. They are very friendly, professional, attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Check in was quick. I thought it was very nice that they walked us out the door after we finished checking in and made sure we had all we needed. The room was dated but they took care in making simple improvements like painting and furniture. The parking lot was very clean as was the area around the pool. We would stay again.

Place is horrible. Neon green and yellow walls. Stained couch. Wife left to.get breakfast i was in shower and manager literally entered room uninvited. Better off in trucknat a rest area.

Stayed 2 nights for short vacation with daughter. Very resonable for last minute booking. Comfortable clean beds. Room smelled nice & clean when we arrived. Very friendly family owned establishment. When we were leaving no one was in office when i dropped off key. Was impressed to find the man who was cleaning the rooms at the time was the manager. He was by himself handling the motel. What a nice man, & so clean and in order, despite running it with little help. We will be staying here again.

My fiance and I decided a last minute trip for New Year's/ our anniversary. This place was great for what we needed! The room was clean and I was surprised to see a new Keurig as well. Them having a microwave as well is a huge plus. The walls were bright green and yellow which is a choice... Buuttt since we just needed a safe place to sleep, we can handle that! There was coffee, fruit, muffins, cereal, and juices for the Continental breakfast which was perfect to kick off the morning. The staff was very nice and clearly hard working. If you are looking for a safe and reliable place to sleep while you explore the area, great pick! We even walked downtown which was a huge benefit on a holiday notorious for drinking.

Sink leaked if water was turned on to high. TV wouldn't connect with Wi-Fi because it kept going out and no cable other than that not bad

The rooms were clean and spacious. But the bed and pillows were so bad I would have left if I had been able to. I would not stay here again nor can I recommend. These were the most uncomfortable beds I've ever stayed in.

The Inn is in need of some upgrades. New mattresses. Bathrooms in general including flooring tub,sink need to be upgraded for sure. The room was pretty clean. Check in was easy. The Inn was very convenient to where we were going. I would recommend this Inn . But they do need renovations made

The property is affordable, seemed safe. Best part was the kitchen and separate bedroom. Next time I'd take my daughter family and get an asking room, that would be fun and functional.

The people running it were very nice and friendly. The beds were good and room was clean. There was a Keurig in room. The bathroom walls were nasty and the shower curtain was moldy, that's the only issue we had with it. But for the price compared to others it was good

Overall the room was clean and neat but the shower curtains had mold on them and the last night we were there the 2nd set of towels appered to not be perfectly clean.

Room was filthy. NO other renters in the whole motel. The place is completely isolated in a rough area. I asked for help in canceling our reservations.....but, the owner would not. The pictures listed online are deceiving.

While this property is an older one, it is clean and the rooms are comfortable. It looks as though they are working to update the outside and grounds, which are mostly pavement parking. They had a nice free breakfast selection. Great TV access as well.

You definitely get what you pay for. I appreciate the cheaper prices hotel but unfortunately certain things are compromised when paying less. Check in was easy and the desk clerk was friendly. The room seemed ok upon entering but noticed the walls were disgusting, looked like they hadnt been painted or wiped down in forever. A dead bug had been smashed on the wall and left there. The bathroom floor and tub were disgusting. I refused to take a shower there. A hair was found in the bed when we pulled the sheets back. We didnt want to swim but will mention the pool is not in use, for those that might be interested. I will say it was a quiet stay and we felt safe being there. The room just needs a good cleaning/scrubbing.

I do not like leaving negative reviews. However, I believe that others should be aware of what they are getting and not getting before spending their hard earned money. I try to never leave a 1 unless I cannot find 1 positive thing to say. So I will start with the positive. The toilet was clean, the tub was clean, the linens seemed clean and the housekeeper had a big smile and nodded at everything I said even though she did not understand one word. Now for a partial list of the most glaring negatives. The "swimming pool" was full of what I am guessing used to be water, but was now a swamp filled with a blackish/gray colored mold and bacteria mosquito heaven. The gate was not locked and they were no health or safety warning signs anywhere. The smell was something to behold. The room itself stunk so bad from room deodorizer that we had to leave the door open to air it out. I can only imagine what smell they were trying to cover up?? The smoke alarm consisted of wires hanging down from the ceiling, the shower curtain was covered in mold and the toilet scrubber/plunger that they left in the bathroom was growing something on it. ugh! Mind you we never once complained. We just rolled with it because you don't get what you don't pay for and this place was only $100 per night. We could have tolerated all of this if the owner of 23 years had just been just a teeny tiny bit pleasant. But he wasn't.

The room was clean and the property was quiet. It's in an out of the way spot and there were few guests. My only real complaint is that we had no wi-fi. There was a pool in the middle of the parking lot, but it looks like it hasn't been maintained in a long time and it made the property look not so good. There is a "breakfast", but there's not much too it, so look elsewhere for that. I feel that the price is too high for the quality of the motel, but it's getting to be that way everywhere.

The pool was not usable. The room need TLC - worn out chair, broken towel bar, needs updating. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. Pictures on your site are nice but not true. It was too late to change hotels by the time we arrived.

I liked the location and the price compared to other properties nearby. Facility maintenance is lacking but most of all we booked our stay based on the pool. When we arrived the pool was still covered and there were no plans to open it. We were there at the end of June and the pool should have been open. I operated an outdoor pool in Western North Carolina and kept it swimmable every day of the year.

Horrible people, cockroaches in the room, overall not clean and when brought this to one of horrible staff attention they started screaming at me because I requested a refund! DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!!!!!

It was quaint and in a nice quiet area. They did have a nice continental breakfast. I was told there was free Wifi but it was down. We were there for 3 nights. I have a business I had to stay in touch with. I was never able to connect to Wifi the whole time I was there. The worst thing was on our second night there. While we were asleep a man suddenly opened our door! It woke us up. We both saw him begin to enter the room. I hollared "Take another step and take your last breath." He excused himself and closed the door. In the morning my fiance' went to the front office and told them about it. The man behind the desk said it didn't happen. She was upset that he made her feel as she was lying. I went to the office and I wanted to know who else had a key to my room! He said he did but he wasn't on the property. Again he tried to make me feel it didn't happen. I told him it did happen and I should have shot the guy so I had proof. He never gave me any satisfaction, just said he would look into it. I was not happy at all!
