Overall, a good hotel option for Vail. Beware of all the extra charges. Beyond typical resort fees, you will get charged extra to have your room cleaned everyday. Breakfast is somewhat included (you will get charged a gratuity fee with every breakfast).

Pros great hotel at an excellent location. Ski valet is awesome. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was very big with a nice bathroom and view. Everyone was very friendly and available to help. Complementary Car service to/from the main village was also awesome. Breakfast was nice Cons - the fact that at this daily room rate they clean the room every other day is a first for me. - even though our breakfast was included at our rate and it was buffet style (not serving), we were forced to pay 20% tip on the value of the breakfast every day. This is first for me and frankly unacceptable.

Had to wait past 4pm a bit for room. Staff very responsive. All staff worked hard to provide highest level of service. Ceiling light hanging in bedroom hallway. Insufficient overall lighting in unit. Luke warm shower after skiing. But overall, amazing, amazing. Beautiful unit

After booking this reservation which was non-refundable and showed a $121 resort credit we intended to use at the restaurant, we receive a message 9 days later that no food services were available. The credit could only be used on alcohol from the mini-bar. I returned four days later to pick up an Apple power plug that was left behind. They said they found one in another room on another day that matched the description but wouldn't give it to me until I produced a photograph of the item. Then I got charged a valet fee when I while waiting the half hour arguing with them that it was mine. They treated me like I was a homeless person. Very bad service, and shame on them for the bait and switch with resort credits you can't use.

Super convenient to everything. Bed was very comfortable, same with the pillows. I especially loved the oversized fireplace in the lobby. The free coffee and yummy cookies in the afternoon were a wonderful treat.

Property was beautiful, room was right above the valet, so noise was a bit. Ridiculous! We went during the change of summer to winter, so they had absolutely no food, and beverage wasn’t very well advertised when I made the reservation, but certainly covered it all in my confirmation, which was a little too late…

Stayed here for an anniversary trip. Everything was top notch! Staff was courteous. Room was exquisite to the point that the pictures do it no justice. The only heads up, if you're traveling soon, was that the Tavern is currently closed. Not sure what sort of breakfast is provided there, but they offer a basic continental one in the meantime. However, they warned us about that before arrival and reduced the resort fee accordingly.

We visited during the‘shoulder season’ so many of the stores were closed along with several of the restaurants, including The Tavern at Arrabelle. Regardless, our trip was wonderful and the property was clean and well taken care of. The front desk staff must’ve been the ‘shoulder season ‘ staff but the car service staff was top notch. We’d definitely come back!

The Arabelle in Vail is beautiful. Our room was gorgeous and very spacious. It’s located dinghy in town so it’s an easy walk every where. The breakfast was very good. The staff was able to recommend great places to eat as well.

Amazing property! My husband and I spent the weekend to celebrate my birthday. The checkin process was smooth, the room was exceptional and so clean! The front desk staff was friendly. Logan, Izzy and Alex are the best! Had a great time!! Definitely recommend.

The location and amenities at this property are great. Free shuttles into vail village, free tea/coffee in the lobby, rooftop pool and jacuzzi, etc. The only knock is that we were supposed to receive a free room upgrade and $120 room credit for being gold members and neither were provided and there was some trash underneath our bed when we arrived in the room. Otherwise it was great.

Our stay not what expected. In or four night stay, our room was only cleaned once and we had to go up to reception and request housecleaning services. We had “free breakfast” but they charged us $30 service fee even when we just grabbed something small for take-away. Our sink bowl broke and fell into the vanity while there. We had to mention it two days in a row before it was repaired.

A wonderful luxury hotel in a wonderful setting. Once you stay here you want to come back! Would highly recommend! The rooms are wonderful and very comfortable with absolutely all the amenities you need!
