Everything was really clean. The shower was spotless and had shampoo, conditioner and bodywash filled and ready. Breakfast was amazing. I loved the waffles. The staff was polite and helpful. We were always greeted with a smiling face.

Hot tub was advertised but when we arrived at the hotel, they said it had been closed for quite a while. The indoor pool was also closed. Very disappointing. Also the heating unit was very loud coming on and turning off all night long. Sounded like a freight train in our room

Overall good experience. Stayed maybe about a month since last 6mo for intermittent company meetings. Very friendly personnel. Breakfast is better comparing the similar price range. Only rooms need better ventilation and please put updated inspection stickers on elevators!

The main issue i has was how noisy it was INSIDE. All night i could hear footsteps outside in the hallway, footsteps above me, and it felt like the walls were thin. I wouldn't stay again, honestly

Night Employee was racist. Initially gave us room on highway side. Said no clean towels went back an hour later still no towels when he brought towels to our room they were cold. Bathroom shower floor discolored overall feeling the property is not maintained or clean. Hair in sink food still in sink by microwave.

The property is ok But we stayed in room 108 Both queen size beds were to the point of needing to be replaced The support was so bad that me and the misses had to sleep on the very edge of the matrress to qvoid being pullud into the middle

First room was freezing cold and heater was not working and telephone was not working. We got another room without the same amenities but close and the room qas warm. But we had to go down 4 floors to get a cart to move our stuff to the new room and recieved no offer of assistance. Nothing was too horrible but definitely far from great.

I have never complained about an expedia property. The room was dirty with an "unknown" white crusty bodily fluid on the sofa. We had to sit on towels on the sofa. The tub was plugged so taking a shower you stood in water. Upon check out, the manager was folding laundry on the front desk, ( sheets and towels). The room smelled like marijuana. Overall the place was dirty, and i would not stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were nice. Couch, coffee, comfy bed. Only negative was how loud the AC is. Had to turn it off because I couldn't sleep but then hubby roasted all night.

The furniture was ripped, dirty and old The curtains had grease and handprints on them. The extra blanket was so old, it felt like Brillo pads. The room was not clean and no art on most of the walls. It felt like I was in a cheap, old motel. I am very disappointed. Mary, the staff in the breakfast area was very friendly and personable. That is the only good thing I can say about this sad, old, dirty place.

I had a great stay and the staff was amazing. Although I encountered a couple of roaches and my sink wouldn't drain leaving residue. The shower track had mold. I probably won't be staying here again.

I come to this property every Wednesday. The room require more details cleaning, especially the shower. I saw either blood or something on the shower curtain and hair as well.

We found a live bed bug on my daughter’s pillow. I brought it to the front desk. They did give me 25% off,which amounted to $100. The bug spray I bought was $25, so basically $75 for the huge hassle of spraying everything and washing everything. It should have been at least 50% off. We have always stayed here twice a year for cheerleading competitions. Not anymore, and I will let everyone at our gym not to stay there anymore.

The internet was terrible. We could not access our Netflix account and even when we signed into the WiFi we had no reception. Normally we love Marriott hotels and expect our stay to always be very pleasant. But this time, it felt like we were in a low budget hotel with no real amenities, and without internet, it was awful.

For the price this was definitely not worth the stay. The bathrooms were not equipped with fans so the bathroom reaked of mildew that spread to the entire room. We had checked in right after this room was "cleaned". There was visible mold on the shower doors and seals. After leaving for the day there was no room service preformed. We had to call down to get fresh towels. Overall would not recommend this hotel.

Good location, safe parking. Beds are comfortable and breakfast, coffee was filling and good. All staffing were very hospitable.

Staff was very friendly and room / amenities/ food were good for price point. Nice that they have an indoor pool, though the pool room is freezing (chilly in a winter coat).
