Everything was perfect and might stay here again. Unfortunately the WiFi was awful and non-existent in most cases so we mostly used our phones as a hotspot.

Great location, friendly staff, and a very authentic Jackson hotel. The Miller Suite was the perfect amount of space and set-up for a couple or family with young kids. We would definitely book again. Parking was very convenient as well. Only recommendation would be to have morning coffee out earlier than 7:15AM for the early risers.

No where to park. I have handicap parking and parked in disable parking but received $100 ticket as can’t park overnight. We drove around for over an hour and even in public you can not park overnight. Finally got into room the furniture and night stand stained and beat up. Some items were broken up. The bed looked like a 5 yr old made it. The towels were so rough just terrible. No microwave to warm any food since restaurant closed early apparently no business. There was a little refrigerator that sat on the floor instead of the counter. The office would not return our phone call and not helpful at all. The cleaning staff tried coming into our room before check out beating on our door then trying to open it even with do not disturb sign on door. We would have left if wasn’t so late and bad weather conditions. Would never stay there again and might dispute charges.

Good location for walking around Jackson as we did not rent a car. Restaurant at the hotel was good. Pleasant staff, some more knowledgeable than others. Enjoyed Cowboy coffee K cups in the Keurig in our room Breakfast choices were ok, but yogurt was not always available. Unfortunately the elevator to my second floor room was broken down for my six night stay. We could hear the footsteps of people in the room above us and the noise level from outside sometimes started at 5:30 AM. Recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper like me. The bus to Teton Village is close by and very inexpensive.

Loved the proximity to the Town Center/Square and shops. On-site parking made it easy to come and go as needed. On-site restaurant, The White Buffalo was amazing.

Loved this property. It was a short 2 block walk to downtown. We had massages while there and the lady was super nice and did a great job. The front desk staff was always very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

It was an excellent stay, the suite was awesome, comfortable. We had a mishap with the washer that flooded the floor of the room, we clean it up quickly but it was a mess around 9 PM at night. we had unpacked and we didn't want to change room so we spent cleaning up the first night, the lady at the front desk at night, very helpful so was the maintenance guy. They say they were going to give a special discount for the inconvenience, waiting for it. Nice property though...very nice

No breakfast seating. Original room did not accommodate there people as advertised. Ended up with a smaller room. Front desk person was over an hour late in the morning and breakfast was not available until she finally arrived. Emergency phone number at the front desk did not answer and had a full mail box.

I have stayed at the White Buffalo Club many times. The steak house was very good. My only complaint is that downtown Jackson can be noisy.

I realize that area is incredibly expensive and this hotel was not terribly expensive for the area. Our room was odd, some parts fine, other parts had severe water damage and were showing age. Not a bad place, was just expecting more for the cost.

This hotel was terrible, tvs weren’t working and after a few calls maintenance man came and didn’t fix the problem. Bathroom shower leaking under floor tile into toilet area. Wet all the time. Light out over vanity sink. No where to sit and have breakfast, you also had make your own. Wouldn’t stay again. The price was ridiculous high for the type of hotel and the rating is totally wrong

It was a really nice hotel downtown Jackson hole that wasn’t over priced. Rooms were clean and comfortable, quiet. I had a mini kitchen which I didn’t really use, but it was nice to put drinks and keep cold. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Great little breakfast area with breakfast daily! I will go back! Very pleased

The AC was blasting in the room at 70 degrees at all times. Called the staff to find a way to turn it off. There was no option to switch the AC off at all. Had to stuff the vents with towels in order to limit the AC. The vents were not closable any other way. This is ridiculous for a hotel that charges $400 per night. No autonomous AC in the room? Breakfast is pretty crappy too. Stale bagels. Overall the facility is conveniently located and relatively clean. Just not worth the price tag.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in! It was luxurious, clean and so spacious! The gym was amazing too. Great location to walk to dinner or shops. Book this hotel, you won’t regret it!

This hotel is in a great location in Jackson Hole but the level of service is certainly not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. (Maid came to make up room at 8.30am by knocking on the door which I thought particularly early) When I checked in I asked for the sofabed to be made up - when I got back at 10pm it was not made up and nobody was around to contact. It took me an hour to contact anyone (despite front desk supposed to be around until 11pm) when I eventually tried a number from the website for property maintenance! When they came the lady said “well it’s only really a 2 person room” despite the fact I had booked for 3 people to stay. The manager was not apologetic. It was also very noisy with construction - not the hotels fault but not a quiet place to be.

The Jackson downtown area is a very nice. The hotel accommodations had some concerns. The room was advertised with a sofa sleeper. When asked, the hotel asked us to push the ottoman to the sofa and they would provide a foam pad. In my opinion, this is not a bed. The bathroom (toilet and shower) is far too small. Further, the floor was always damp indicating an issue with plumbing. The floor plan allowed for ample, maybe too much, vanity space at the expense of bathroom space. Lastly, the common hallways had a consistent odor that was not pleasant.
