Second time staying here, and I honestly had forgotten how nice it was. From the bar that has happy hour, to the cleanliness of the whole building from the moment you step in. The whirlpool spa tub is spacious and well worth it if you’re looking to relax. Definitely recommend the location.

Room smelled very bad carpet was wet due to them shampooing the carpet smelled like mildew and no shower curtain.

We liked the small store, disliked that our Shower was clogged and staff didn’t do anything about it.

One of the best experiences ever. We had to cancel our hotel reservation at a previous hotel and thankfully we were able to book a room here. It was so quick and easy! Staff is very sweet, the rooms are clean and quiet for the most part. Would definitely book here again!

Loved the facility especially since the moment you walk in you can feel the cleanliness . The staff was efficient and friendly! I did think that they pet fee is too pricey. I had never paid more than $35 for pet fee.

I ask for a shower chair the night I was there staff said everyone was gone for the night said he would look for one never got it there wete 3 seniors in the room so we really needed it one could not stand good so she couldn't take a shower the mattresses were horrible I will never stay there again.

The front desk young man ( I think his name is Kevin) was so helpful and personable. He’s the perfect person to greet weary travelers.

Had a few hick ups when we first arrived. The battery in the door lock was bad rendering our keys usless. Maintainence was there quickly to open the door and replace the battery. Then there was no TV Remote but it too was replaced quickly.
The rest of the stay was great! Friendly and engaging staff, waiters and maid service.

Definitely would recommend this place Scott was very respectful and polite. I did have some confusion about breakfast not being included in my booking of the room . Which was explained that certain reservations it’s not included but Scott took care of it. Scott made sure we were accommodated correctly even thou there was confusion on my behalf which made my stay smooth and stress free . They truly look out for their guest. Thanks again to all of the staff we appreciate you

The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is very clean and pleasant. Our bed squeaked if you turn over but it wasn’t horrible. Towels were great—not like most hotels’ sandpaper!

The hotel was all the things it needed to be for a single night’s stay. it seemed to cater more to business travelers than other types of travelers, but that’s okay. It was comfortable and clean.

The bathroom sink had water in it when I entered the room. It was clogged. The bathtub faucet leaked the entire stay. The bed was super uncomfortable.
I had just driven 9 hours, was only staying the one night, so let the front desk know on my way out.
Totally disappointed in the lack of comfort in the mattress and the noise from the constant drip of water in the tub.

We were visiting the area for a concert at the Yaamava and the area around the resort isn't great so we stayed here. The hotel was safe and clean and the breakfast was wonderful.

Close to Freeway. Staff was nice. But the bed was horrible. Felt like I was sleeping on a Rollaway Bed. Pillows were too fluffy. Not what I expected from Hilton.
