We really liked the room, the space, how clean it was, the bathroom. We had a child to sleep on the sofa-bed. It was comfortable and worked well. It just took some to get sheets and blankets. We needed a second blanket, I had to go to get it myself because they were short staffed. Finally, breakfast was very good. Recommended.

I liked this hotel and would stay in it again. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were very helpful. Not a big fan of the breakfast - biscuits and gravy with sausage. We opted for the waffles.

Our suite was great, the hotel was beautiful. Carlos at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The free breakfast was very good and slightly different every morning which was nice to have some variety. The breakfast ladies were very nice.

The property doesn't provide daily maid service. With party of four, the place gets trashed every day so you end up cleaning yourself. Tenants leave trash and dirty towels in the hallway. So you get greeted by dirty hallways daily.

We were unhappy with the cleanliness -- dishwasher did not work. Also could not get hypoallergenic pillows to replace down. There was no Keurig coffeemaker as advertised in images. However, all the staff were very friendly and tried to help.

The hotel was good, but they gave away our reservation. They blamed it on Expedia, but they should have communicated to Expedia that they had already reserved our room to someone previously. Instead we got there needing a room with a roll-in shower, and they did not have one available. Very disappointing.

The property was clean, had good parking, and felt safe. The staff went above and beyond to help me when my earring fell down the sink. The event we were in Fresno for ran very late and we missed restaurant reservation. We picked up food and set up a table for ourselves in the dining room. Again the reservation desk staff came over and helped us clean up. All were friendly.

Friendly and quick check in. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bed was comfortable, clean cotton linens, and pillows were comfy too. A/C worked great and also appreciated the ceiling fan. Kitchen had everything to prepare a meal although we did not during our 1 night stay. Glasses, plates, silverware, can opener, pots and pans. Full-size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher. Swimming pool was clean and refreshing! There bbq’s out there small putting green area but we didn’t use these amenities. Next time :) woukd definitely recommend.

Oh stay was overall good. The only thing that was a little inconvenient is the elevator is quite a walk and it has carpet which makes it smelly. Room was clean and spacious. Pool needs a little more room kinda crammed if there’s a lot of people.

The elevator was out of order and the one that did work was half a mile away and it smelled terrible!!! We arrive to breakfast at 950am it supposed to be open till 1030am when we got there it was empty! So disappointing.

It was great to have a suite where we could cook dinner!! I appreciated that they provided a small dishwashing soap. We asked for a couple extra pillows and a blanket and they only had one pillow. We also asked for quarters to do laundry and the staff tried really hard, but couldn't open the safe to get the quarters. We had to figure out how to change money off site on a Sunday. They also didn't have laundry detergent available for purchase. I really want to like Hiltons, but I just don't.
