We love everything about this hotel. Have stayed here twice now, each time for a month. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service is attentive and friendly, the location is convenient to good restaurants, parks, and shopping.

Finally revisited the Philippines since 2004 to attend a Argentine Tango Festival and many of the Dancers stayed at the Picasso which was located next to the Venue. The Hotel provided a clean room which comfortable seating and kitchen near stores and restaurants. Would stay again.

I’ve stayed at Picasso many times however because of Covid our last stay was Dec 2019. Picasso location fits our needs perfectly, thus we will continue to stay as long as the price fits. Note: The pricing of Pablo n Cartel in our view is on the high side n food is inconsistent based on price, but they are both good hang-outs, however there are other food n beverage options in the area.

Overall, loved the room, very big so our family has lots of space to move around. Service is excellent, from front desk to utility, to the porters and guards. Just one thing to improve: lighting. Our suite was quite dark especially in the cooking as area.

A super change from the big branded chain hotels! Quirky, comfortable and good sized rooms. Good location and very helpful friendly staff. Good restaurant and bar. Salcedo Saturday morning market is 50m away and great fun. Recommended.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was bright, clean & spacious. It even included a mini speaker that I could link to for better sound when listening to music. The staff were v helpful, the location is great (& safe) & breakfast included lots of options (although charged for a second cup of coffee). Overall, an excellent choice in Mikati and highly recommended.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel incredibly welcome. Their hospitality and willingness to assist with any request were truly exceptional and set the tone for the entire stay. The rooms at Picasso Hotel are nothing short of spacious and comfortable. It's a delight to have so much space to relax and unwind, especially after a long day of exploring. The well-appointed rooms provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the standout features of this hotel is its convenient location. Easy access to the nearby parks and weekend market made my stay even more enjoyable. I also have to commend the housekeeping team for their exceptional work. The cleanliness and tidiness of both the common areas and my room were consistently impeccable throughout my stay.

Truly excellent. I was a regular customer but had not stayed for 2-3 years due to the pandemic. Staff is the best. They are well trained and courteous. Much better than 5 star hotels in Manila/Makati where they hire tons of poorly trained employees for show. The area has lots of excellent restaurants, walking distance. Central. Easy to get a taxi. Saturday market right next door. Highly recommended. Price is very decent also.

Booked a king size bed room, had a twin beds room (as there was no more king size bed room available). I have no indulgence for overbooking; if I had knew there was no king size bed room, I would have booked a room in another hotel - and that's exactly what I'm going to do next time in Makati...

Do NOT have a room in the front of the building because there is annoying construction on the street in front. Always request a room in the REAR of the building

Wonderful stay over the Holidays. The Staff's attention to detail and cleanliness was superior. Whether it's 2am or 2pm, there's always some there to help. And thanks for the hydration water.

I enjoyed staying at Picasso and their two restaurants serve unique and great food! Hope their plumbing system would improve, pressure was quite weak in my room. Special thanks to the maintenance guy. By the way, I was surprised how their partner works. I had a terrible experience upon my arrival at Naia, booked and fully paid for airport shuttle, however, waited for the driver 1.5 hours. The service provider was very hard to reach, when I got really pissed and told her I'd better get a grab, its only the time she immediately called another driver and picked me up in 5 minutes. and I learned this driver was ALREADY at the airport, ridiculous why they made me wait so long when they had an extra driver. I wasted 2.5 hours going to this property which is 30-min-drive away from the airport. I hope they never do such thing to other customers.

The inhouse massage was a great idea. Not a big fan of the waiting room. Very small. A couple of guest did not want to sit with each other or spaced oout not able to sit.

Booked this hotel 3 times and never once received any VIP benefits. Good hotel in good location. Don’t stay on 2nd floor as it’s super noisy.

The best place to stay in town!!! Better than any highest rating hotel in town! Clean, peaceful, great staff, good restaurants, walkable… can’t think of any to complain about.
