Riverview Resort & Conference Center

The room is not that clean. The hotel room needs improvement.

There was nothing we like about the property. I can guarantee I will never be back again.

The hotel did not made good its promise that if booking is done via internet thru expedia or other agency, the room will be upgraded. We booked 2 junior executive rooms however it was not upgraded to Executive room as promised. the rooms smell of dust and it is musty that caused that triggered my daughter's allergy. What is nice about the hotel is its staff who were all helpful. I will however may still recommend this to those who are on a day tour only.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. WIFI in the room was strong. The free breakfast was good and the bottomless coffee was very nice.Cons: Micro mini toilet paper rolls. Plan on having to ask for more. The toilet seat was missing in our room. When we complained, we were told by maintenance that it was on order. Now really, who rents out a hotel room with no toilet seat? Major ding to reputation for that.

One of the cleaning ladies of the hotel told 2 people what I was doing and who was staying with me causing me to have to prove I was not involving myself in activities I shouldn’t be. She made me look bad to officials of the villa I work in. It was not her place to do so. I eventually convinced them that I was with friends and there was nothing more with the person who had drank to much to go home and had stayed with me. It is very rude and illegal to give information about others.

No bad , but no roof cover at the mid way from lobby to room. even a short distant, but it is annoying when you facing a heavy rain.

Mice /rats on the ceiling. The room is in very poor condition. No way I’m going to again stay in this hotel.

local water attraction used by local people in this town. Not Western style so don't expect Holiday Inn.

I want there but I don’t stay there because to mush noises, i can’t sleep there because there is vibration from down, it’s was the bedroom like you shower me, somebody smoked in front the room. Please I aske you give me back my money. Thanks.

It took the front desk staff awhile to look for my booking. A little bit of a hassle but after all settled. Pool is ok. Kids had fun.

Its not a riverview. Service in the breakfast cafeteria was painfully slow. But food quality was good. The laundry was frightfully expensive. We asked fro the rates three times to no avail.However the manager to her credit gave us a 50% discount on the laundry. Its OK.

It is not fair of me to review this motel right now. The typhoon had just come through the area and things were a bit out of order. The pool was unavailable.

Had a Nice Stay at Riverview. I would definitely recommend to a Friend or Family. Good Food , and We Loved the Large Pool. Very Clean!!!!

Great experience from start to end. Staff were helpful, informative and friendly. Air con in the room was a bit noisy but when mentioned at reception was fixed by my return to the room that day. To me it is attention to the problem and the response that makes it an excellent review from me. Please note, if you are expecting western luxury this place might not be for you, if you want excellent value then book it. Also note it makes money from being a conference centre and so also holds functions / events at the weekend so there may be noise until midnight. I will book it again without hesitation.
