Location was great. Hotel was super nice. Beds are a little uncomfortable.

Stayed a few nights with 2 kids. Did the king with the pull out bed as the layout added a sense of separation in the room for “space” when being around each other got a little irksome. The pool and hot tub were nice time fillers between the other activities. Hotel was within walking distance of parks and food. Main attractions are just a few minutes drive. The breakfast had sufficient options and was tasty

This is a really nice hotel with a really really nice restaurant attached to it. You get the full flavor of the city with the Riverview in great seafood at Scotties.

Great overnight stay. The waterfront was beautiful. The amenities were nice. The restaurant was AMAZING! I can't wait to go back and stay longer.

Great overnight stay, delicious breakfast and fantastic location to restaurants and aquarium. Room was comfortable but AC stopped running in the middle of the night, became hot, had to get up to adjust thermostat. Overall, a comfortable stay.

The hotel was beautiful and room was very spacious. Parking was a little confusing, but we got it figured out once we spoke with the front desk. Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay here again!

Stopping through to drive to FL. Great beds, nice little pool. Breakfast wasn't ready at 630 like it was supposed to be, but otherwise everything was great!

We had a nice stay. We like liked the studio suite set up with the couch and desk on one side.
The breakfast was nice and fresh. The kids enjoyed the selection of waffles and cereal.
Everything was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in a nice spacious comfy room! The pool and hot tub were awesome and the breakfast was terrific. The staff were very friendly and welcoming!

Hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to the aquarium. The beds are horrible. The room is nice though. What really irked me the most was having to pay $18 to park my car in their parking lot. I am already paying $250 a night to stay here. Plus the design of the bathroom door was bad. There is no lock on the door and the door is glass. When people are trying to sleep and someone turn the light on it is so bright.

Short two night stay in Chattanooga.
The hotel was ok, the nightly parking fee is pricey at $18 per night. The restaurant, Scotty’s was excellent.

Service was nice. Hot tub was great! Breakfast wasn’t bad either. Really enjoyed. Only thing I’d complain about is $18 parking. Overall 9/10. I’d go back :)

Nice place. Takes 10 - 15 minutes to walk to the downtown, but it's a pleasant walk. If you don't want to walk downtown, there are a couple of good restaurants near the hotel.

They don't have enough carts for luggage for such a big place they have maybe 3 , so be prepared to carry your bags.

Amazing stay! I came all the way from Florida with my two kids only and it was amazing! Clean, safe, helpful staff, you have a restaurant right next to it, you can walk to the main attractions too … Tennessee Aquarium, IMAX Theater… I was very happy with my time there!

Beds were not as comfortable as I am used to at a Marriott. Not enough pillows on the beds, but the room had a great layout and feel. Breakfast was great! Linens were worn and there was not a fresh smell in the hallways or room making me feel like it wasn’t super clean, but all in all, we had a great stay.

Whenever I travel I look for Springhill suites . I am almost never disappointed. This site is on the river and connected to the hotel is a restaurant that serves some excellent food. The only thing that I find a bother is the bathroom doors have a translucent glass that allows light through. In the middle of the night, that light can be disturbing to whomever is asleep.

This was a high-end property in a great location. The room had a separate living space with couch, pull out bed and desk. This was away from the 2 queen size beds, the walk-in closet and the bathroom. The restaurant Scotties attached to the property had good food at a reasonable price. At Scotties you could also sit outside or inside and have a view of the river. We were 2.5 miles from downtown and all the nightlife.

I was in line for breakfast at 9:58 they removed breakfast at 10:00 promptly and didn’t even let me fix a plate to eat. Also don’t like paying $18 a day to park it should be included with hotel reservations.

The room was spacious enough for me and my family. There were plenty of breakfast options, i enjoyed the oatmeal toppings that were offered.

We found a used condom wrapper on the floor beside the bed. The cups in the bathroom by the ice bucket also still had moisture in them like they weren’t cleaned. Hard to say if the room was even cleaned before we stayed there.

Staff was attentive and efficient. Great breakfast and grounds were immaculate.

I liked the size of the room
I did not like how the rooms aren’t cleaned daily and you have to request cleanings and new towels. There was a mound of dirty towels on the floor which should have been cleaned without requesting it.
