The hotel was in a convenient location and was walkable. The food choices on the menu were sometimes unavailable. I did not receive my VIP perks.

It took for them about 2 hours and a few phone calls from me to bring a pillow to my room. Beds are tiny, bedsheets dirty, no face towels. Food is the worst I tried in my entire life. They brought us pizza covered with onions on pre make dough from grocery store. All food was horrible. My 12 years old kid cooks better.

The property is very quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. The bed sheets are super soft, boasting excellent cotton quality, and the room size is very large compared to similarly rated properties. However, the washroom's plumbing system, including the shower and sanitary fittings, is old and showing its age. When compared to other similar 4-star hotels, it doesn't meet those standards. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff is extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. Finally, if you're looking to swim in the pool, be aware that due to the hotel's orientation, it doesn't receive any sunshine at all during my stay, which was in the first two weeks of December.

Good location however pool is painted incorrectly slippery outside grippy and abrasive inside, kids get scrapes easy. Adjoining rooms don’t work because doors don’t shut, promised to fix but never showed.

Overall we enjoyed our stay - all the staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out was smooth. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. They provide pitchers in the room and water dispensers (in the hallway) to avoid plastics use which we love! And free luggage storage inbetween stays. Pricey breakfast ($12~15) but has good choices and changes daily. The walkway connection to the mall was convenient and close proximity to the airport was a plus. Con: Inconsistent in-room supplies like bathroom mat, fridge and slippers - but it was quickly provided on request.

We’ve stayed here many times, once for 6 months. We know many of the long term employees and we just love them all. They are all polite, pleasant and incredibly helpful. This trip I met Sven Toune, the GM. He is always present, very professional and very well regarded by his staff. The hotel has undergone some renovations and is in great condition. This is a well located property run by an incredible team of dedicated people. I give the property 4 stars and rate the staff a perfect 10.

Its our second time to stay at this hotel because of its great location. Had an issue with the bathroom, hot water and lack of in-room facilities. Informed staff & was transferred to another room. Still on our 3rd night and enjoying it so far. We didnt include breakfast with our room because the hotel is attached to a big shopping mall with a variety of restaurants & fastfood, depending on our cravings. Shopping mall is good enough for shopping and has a grocery store.

: No early check-in fee. -: I had to go to the property to actually raise all my concerns and questions to the FD. The phone operator was hesitant to let me talk to the FD since they are busy. But when I asked why was she able to relay my questions to the FD, and threatened to cancel my reservation, she let me speak to them. Maybe the FD didn't think I can afford their hotel and was just a window shopper.

What was unique was the rooms and the wonderful staff. What I didn't like was the cracked walls and eye sores like the water dispenser.what I would have liked to see was a water dispenser in the wall.

Stayed there for 9 nights. Staff was great and helpful. Room service was excellent. Level 2 and reception guard always smiles when they see us. Transport driver always on time. Hospitality service is always available to us when we need them. Buffet breakfast was satisfying to us, a variety of food to choose ( hoping there is Filipino kakanin) as foreign returning for holiday do look forward to it ( even just one menu a day can’t be much to ask. To Sven Toune The Park Inn by Raddison General Manager your staff deserves a pat on their shoulder for doing a great job.

The service was very commendable. Staff were always smiling, polite and ready to give service. I just miss some room amenities like room slippers and bathroom items that other hotels normally offer...comb, earbuds, etc.

The Hotel staff is probably their best asset. Very professional and courteous. Their breakfast buffet was very good. Very clean and a short walk to the mall. I may suggest ceiling fans in the pool bar area.

Booked online for family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) but i was told in the hotel that it’s only for 2 so I paid another extra bed. I was asking for an assistance for airport shuttle in the frontdesk but they will charge P1,500 for a van and P1,000 for car. I ask the baggage porters at the hotel and they call a taxi for us and only paid a minimum amount. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay, the only thing that turned me off is the expensive amount of the airport shuttle.

Bathrooms cleanliness could be better. Showing wear and tear. Rooms baseboards are falling apart. Dining room area need a better ventilation, so we don’t leave smelling like bacon and smokey. Beds are comfortable. Great water pressure. The staff are courteous and hospitable. The room is a little dark. Need better lighting. Overall we had a great stay and will return again.
