Experience was very good. Breakfast was hot and freshly cooked snd enjoyed by both of us. Room was large, bed was comfortable. Really appreciated the Tesla chargers, made searching for EV stations unnecessary- definitely a winning feature. Will certainly stay here in the future. Hostess restaurant recommendations reliable.

I had an absolutely horrible experience. I checked into the hotel on a Friday evening and everything was great. The next morning I got up and left to go fishing, while my wife and two sons stayed in the room due to the weather. While my family was sitting in the room someone just walked in to the room, no knock or anything. Never said who they were. Just asked if they were staying. A little while later they were given new keys to our room. Come to find out, we had been checked out of our room after just one night of our two night stay. Not very happy about this. The next morning we got up packed our things, and went to check out. But do to the incident that had occurred, I decided that I better check my bank account. And I am extremely happy that I did, I have 3 charges for the hotel. One is for my original check in for a two night stay, the other two are charges for a single night stay charged twice. I spoke with the front desk and all they could tell me is I will have to dispute it with my bank. Very unhappy

The service and room were FANTASTIC! Only thing that could've been better was the breakfast. Not a fan of links (the kind you add bbq sauce to) for breakfast, would prefer regular sausage or bacon. And the precooked food was cold. Very disappointing considering the quality of the hotel itself.

The hotel staff was amazing and the breakfast was great. The hotel seemed a little more worn than a lot of Hampton Inns. Our room (204) had a few issues. The shower did knob did not work (to turn it from normal shower to handheld one) and the controls for the curtain was broken so we could not raise it to get natural light. Otherwise a great stay.

I had a family emergency so I had to check out 2 hours after arrival. But my room was dirty. There was hair in the sheets. Sand on the floor and no toilet paper. Besides having to leave early after paying $133 for nothing, I did not enjoy the condition of my room for that price. Front desk lady was very kind.

Our room was not serviced. We stayed for 3 nights. No clean towels, no Kleenex, no trash pick up. We didnt ask for our room to not be cleaned. I was not very impressed. I expected Better than that.

The lady at the breakfast sure starts your morning off right. She is absolutely amazing! The breakfast is phenomenal especially that they have whipped cream and chocolate / caramel drizzle for your waffles and coffee. It made me feel like I was at a fancy cafe. The staff is also very good. The elevator clicks a little bit more than we like it and the water found in wasn't working which is the only reason why I didn't give them an excellent for everything.

Hotel is very nice and great location. I had room with connecting door to next room and the noise was terrible. The person had the TV blaring so loud and I could hear him order pizza and when it was delivered. He was just a big old loud guy. I called the front desk to ask if they could request him to turn down the noise, they didn’t do anything except offer for me to change rooms? I was only there one night and didn’t want to pack up and unpack. So I had to resort to take something to help me sleep

The room seemed like it just wasn’t cleaned very well there was a big yellow stain on the blanket the restroom had body fluid still in it then the heater in the room did not work the staff did apologize for the issues

The refrigerator in the room had a loud buzz when it came on. It was not constant but when it came on it is loud enough to wake up the guest. Also there was a freqent, intermittent sound of a toilet flushing in a nearby room. It was much more frequent than one would expect and went on all through the night. There was no other noise from the room at all, so I thought this might be a plumbing issue. Also the in-room coffee was terrible!

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly check in staff. Great breakfasts. Only downside is not accessible via golf carts, which are in wide use.

We had a terrific stay this past weekend!! The hotel was modern, clean and well laid out. The breakfast buffet was excellent!! The only suggestion I can provide is more anti-skid stickers in the bathtub.

Enjoyed our stay, was nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Did not really care for the reusable soap, shampoo/conditioner, and lotion dispensers;not hygienic in my opinion. But I understand the concept that it may cut costs for the business... Would probably stay again, just keeping in mind to travel with my own toiletries.

Toilet was dirty. Moved us to another room. Right before we left, my husband found an old biscuit and some bacon on the shelf above the microwave. Bathroom was ok, but you felt like the plumbing for the shower was about to pull out of the wall with very little effort to turn the shower on. The commode was annoying. You had to hold the handle down the entire time for the water to empty. Then, it was a low flo., so sometimes it took 2-3 times for the toilet to even flush! The girls at the front desk were friendly enough tho. So they were helpful. Elevators were somewhat alarming. You would get a fine of $500.00 if you held the door open because it might cause the elevator to “malfunction ! Thing is, everytime you rode it, you weren’t sure if they were working properly anyway. Unsettling for sure! Lastly, sometimes the hall smelled funny. Other than the above mentioned, things were “meh”. But, the hotel is right on the beach!! When it was a Holiday Inn, you appreciated the free breakfast. Now, it’s not included. I’d say all in all, a solid 5 out of 10 stars for me

I liked the location. Just far enough so it was easy getting in and out. Room nicely equipped. Two issues, no instructions or channel listings for the TV. The shower had very low water pressure. I tried all settings on the shower to no avail. All the staff were very kind and helpful.
