Property is very nice. It is next to a very busy freeway so there is a lot of traffic noise, so if possible try to ask for a room at the front of the hotel.

The only issue i had with the hotel was the lack of dishes in the kitchen. Other than that it was amazing as always. My advice for using Hotels.com dont, book direct. I had a family trip planned with my grand daughter to meet us in Southern California and my grand daughter couldn't make it due to medical issues. I tried to change my reservation for a few months later and they said that they couldn't change my reservation. They said i can cancel but i will lose out on the money i spent. I talk to the hotel about it and they said as long as i changed 24 hours in advance they would have refunded me or made the change. That means that Hotels.com would have pocketed the money. That's not right. They have no heart and don't care about their customers.

Hotel is clean but was missing extra bedding and luggage holder and I had to call down for both. Also, not clear that I had to pay for parking when I was registering through hotels.com

Hotel only offers housekeeping for those who stay for more than 3nights. And on the 3rd day will do room cleaning. My family and i booked this hotel for 4 nights. They never did housekeeping although i had requested it. When i informed them, they just offered more towels and toilet paper. We really enjoyed our stay here besides having to deal with a dirty room for our entire stay

This hotel is great. Free parking is hard to come by. I am a clean freak also and this hotel was great in this area as well. Will consider staying here again when in the area

We really liked the spaciousness, cleanliness, and overall quality of the room, along with the hotel’s convenient location and proximity to shopping and dining areas. Great staff too!

This place was great, it is conveniently placed in between a lot of malls, plazas, food, stores (all within driving distance. If youre going for disney that is also not far either. Room was clean and the sevice was amazing. definitely coming back.

Very helpful staff, very clean and nice. Good breakfast with homemade gravy! The only surprise was that they charged for parking $15 per room (not per vehicle). I must not have read that part carefully. But it was more than $40 less than the ones around it, so it still worked out. Very comfortable beds.

Loved my suite here! It had a full-sized fridge, a little “living room” type area in the studio, utensils/plates/cups/bowls, and even a freaking little dishwasher. :D Facilities felt new and clean, everything was VERY quiet, free breakfast was good, and I loved that there were a few snacks, beverages, and microwaveable meals for sale in the lobby, as I did not have a chance to eat dinner before arriving late. Some staff was not overly friendly but not rude either, which is fine, but one front desk woman was very friendly. Enjoyed the hot tub and eating breakfast outside in the pool area in the mornings. Coffee was also surprisingly not bad. Would definitely stay here again!

Family of 4, booked for 3 nights. First impression was good. The suit was spacious with a kitchen. But when we pulled out the sofa bed, the mattress was dirty with stains. Ants on the kitchen counter and in the bathroom as well. Told the front desk the next morning, but the ant problem didn’t solve at all. Easy to ask for additional towels and tissues, but the daily room service still was missed the last night even we made the request when arrival and everyday when we left. Don’t think we will book this place again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The suite was well appointed and very clean. Bed was comfortable although the pillows were a little skimpy for my liking. The hotel is conveniently located in Orange County. Breakfast area had a lot of choices and was very clean and well set up.

Fire alarm went off & elevators were shut down for 24 hours. Made it hard for guests.

The staff at Residence Inn took care of me very well. My room was cleNed twice a week and if I needed anything atall someone was right there to help. I highly recommend Residence Inn to anyone who wants a great hotel accommodations.
