Everything was great with the exception of our check-in. The employee didn’t raise his head to acknowledge me, talked so quiet with barely any instructions. I had to ask what room, floor, breakfast, etc. I did not feel welcomed especially after a long day of travel.

The room was huge, clean and modern. The separate rooms for the toilet and shower/big sink was great. the breakfast was really nice with lots of selection and fresh food. Honestly, I had no idea this hotel would be so fantastic.

It was a terribly disappointing experience. Our door handle broke off the bathroom door and I brought it down to the staff on our way to dinner and they essentially laughed about it. There were also blood stains on the floor and both sinks were so backed up that we ended up having to brush our teeth in the shower because it was so bad. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned properly because if it were, they would have seen these things. Very disappointing based on how much money I paid. And honestly, no matter how much money I paid, this wasn't right.

Breakfast is outstanding! Room is very roomy and updated. Swimming pool is bigger compared to others around the same area. Gym is great too. Coffee can be better. Great for families. Staffs are all very courteous and helpful. Will come back again!

This is always our favourite hotel to stay at when we go to Bellingham. The rooms are comfortable, the rates are reasonable and the pool and breakfast are top notch. The kids always have a good time and so do we!

It has been awhile since we have stayed in a nice hotel like this at a decent price! Loved the layout of the room and the bar/food in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast was great, but could use some more kid friendly options (pancakes, waffles, etc.)

When we entertain the room you could clearly hear the toilet running. My husband removed the back abd reassembled the broken piece to fix the toilet. The bed was clean and okay but the couch had a big stain on it and the carpet had many stains. We have enjoyed stays here in the past and wonder if some of the rooms are not getting proper care .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean, but the bathroom had a frosted glass door, meaning if you turned on the light in the dark, the rest of the room was lit up and was disruptive to those trying to sleep!

Room was very narrow, with the beds on one wall and the toilet/sink, tub/sink, closet and TV on the other wall. Couldn’t really watch TV. Nice sitting area with refrigerator and microwave Room was clean. Breakfast options were good. Would stay again

Staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. The sofa and rug were dirty and there was a stain on the one sheet. The pool area and gym was clean and nice.

The best hotel we stayed in this holiday, included 5 hotels in 4 European countries and 4 hotels in Washington State. Will definitely stay there again if we ever venture to Bellingham again in the future.

Good stay- pool needs a deep clean and some stains in the rug in the room that made us lower our satisfaction. Otherwise it was a fine hotel stay with the kids for multiple nights.

For the price, I was surprised by the sophisticated touches in the room. The partitioned desk area, the TV that could face the sitting room or the bed, the sliding doors to the shower and the toilet, all were touches I would expect to pay more for. The breakfast was just different enough to feel special. The staff I spoke to (probably about four different people over two days) were consistently friendly and personable.
