The hotel was very nice but there were no bath towels in the room and when I asked to have some provided, no one came. I had to ask one of the people cleaning for help.

the water for tea in the morning tastes like coffee. it clearly came from the coffee machine and wasn't rinsed or cleaned.

Excellent hotel. Room was spacious and clean, hotel amenities were good (gym wasn't bad for a hotel gym, pool was nice, there's a basketball court), breakfast was included and nice. Overall very nice stay, though it was only overnight for me.

Lobby was clean and staff was helpful with check in despite our room being booked when hotel was full. Room appeared mostly clean but had a very strong smell of food/uncleaned carpets. Would not recommend staying here unless you are desperate (as we were). Best thing I can say about the room is the bathroom appeared very clean.

Perfect for families attending the lacrosse tournaments on the SUSA sports complex! We will be booking again next year.

There was no water to shower after a long day. Water was restored in the morning so we did not have time to shower before checking out.

Stayed here multiple times and always enjoyed it. It's one of the few pet friendly hotels in the area when we visit family. I wish the per deposit wasn't so expensive, but they are very accommodating and the rooms are clean. I have stayed in other pet friendly hotels that stinks and smell like animals because they never get them clean. This one has never been an issue and my dog is comfortable here.

I was disappointed in the hotel. It was clean but needs updating. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and we found ourselves havinv to leave and drive around in our car. The breakfast selection is awful. Packaged sandwiches, frozen muffins left over from the week, reheated food from the day before. One day they had 3 packages of cereal. Their waffles come wrapped...not off a waffle maker. For the money i paid, which was over $1300 for 6 days, i was extremely disappointed. Ive stayed at cheaper hotels and had more comfort and much better breakfast.

Was very clean. Staff was very friendly convenient to get to. We will definitely be using this place for our next trip to Long Island.

Our stay was fun! We liked having extra space and two rooms. It really makes a big difference when traveling with kids and more than 2 adults. Rooms and beds were clean and moderately comfortable. The pull out couch had a large stain on the under side (looked like blood) so I didn't want my kids sleeping on that. The pool was a big highlight for my kids but there was not enough towels which was a bit challenging. Overall we were happy with our stay and would return.

Customer service especially from the manager Sabrina and Ricky at front desk is superb! Both were very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was delectable! Fresh and hot and tasty. Just wasn't thrilled with the doors as they don't close right.

This is one of those hidden gems, convenient to the LI Ducks stadium and the Cohalan court complex. The rooms are spacious with a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances no less. Super complimentary breakfast and comfortable dining area. I would highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely love this hotel! The location is perfect for my visits to Long Island. The property is everything you would expect from Marriot, clean, well maintained and with customer service that exceeds all expectations.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.We had pre paid the stay. Otherwise we would have checked out after the first day.This was the worst (and most expensive) hotel. Smells bad and scary

The hotel and rooms were very clean and in good condition. Every single staff member was friendly. Only downside to the stay was the breakfast. This was a fairly pricey hotel stay, I’d expect more from a stay such as this one. All things considered, I’d stay there again.

My family and I stayed at the Residence Inn in a 2br suite for a week and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Everything was better then expected. Our suite was clean and spacious. Mrs. Sabrina was the best ! I believe she was the manager. She greeted us from the beginning to end and even shared snacks with my son. Breakfast was a tad bit disappointing-im guessing due to covid, everything was microwaveable. I was really looking forward to a hot meal. Other than that everything was great ! Definitely will book again when I'm in NY. Thanks again Mrs. Sabrina !

We loved the studio suite because we were here from North Carolina and had the option to use a microwave, make coffee and enjoy the room. We also loved the breakfast each morning for the great variety of hot and cold foods, coffee and the lady stocking/running the food was amazing. She was kind, professional and happy each morning. We will be back when we visit home again and again!!!!
