The room was fantastic! Its setup had all the details--desk area, fridge, and several tech outlets. Parking was convenient.
The only issue was the breakfast. The food tasted old- overdone and greasy. For example, sausage was very hard on the outside as if it had been sitting for a while.

Stayed here twice now and have zero complaints. Front staff is super friendly, the bar/restaurant food is delicious. Room was super clean, the entire hotel is super clean. Within walking distance to the convention center

This Holiday Inn is conveniently located in Lancaster, within the historic district, and walking distance to some nice restaurants and bars (shout out to the Lancaster Dispensing Company, right next to central market). The hotel itself is pleasant, clean and comfortable.

Great staff and service at this hotel. Located conveniently in downtown Lancaster, everything is close and walkable. Room was very clean. Hallway carpets could use a cleaning.

Bed and pillows were extraordinarily comfortable. My only complaint is that the water in the bathroom sink took a long time to warm up. Shower was better in terms of hot water, but there was a crazy-loud jackhammer-like pounding noise whenever I used it.

Great property in historic downtown Lancaster. Easy to walk to many restaurants, cafes, activities, and Central Market. Easy drive to outlets, Kitchen Kettle Village, and other tourist attractions

Quick 1-night stay, excellent downtown location with adjacent parking garage and reasonably priced. Bed comfort was primo, and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

We especially loved breakfast and the friendliness of the restaurant staff. It started off our days in a positive and fun way. Beds were very comfy, showers were good too.
You need to address the three homeless people who are outside the hotel at night. Not a safe atmosphere for guests to take a walk to dinner.

My biggest issue was the parking garage. While it was nice that there was parking included and we were provided with a scan code to get in and out, one of the days we could not get the parking arm to lift so we could exit. We had to call for help and the parking attendant told us our code had been used by someone else leaving and he accused us of sharing the code- which we did not. He kept us there an extra 10 minutes questioning which car used the code and he pulled up the license plate number which was not ours. We didn’t know anyone else in the hotel or area and we were in our room at time. Rather than accept the computer had an error, we needed to argue with him which I felt was unacceptable.

Really good location, walkable everywhere, great staff. My room was spacious but had a smell of humidity. Disappointing given the outrageous price I payed to stay here. This is the reason why I rated property 4 stars.

We were in Lancaster for a sports tournament and stayed at the Holiday Inn there. We had excellent service and great amenities. Very clean room. A little pricey.

Overall, this hotel is a great location - within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Central Market. The room was clean and comfortable too.

Upon arriving, our room wasn't ready. A little disappointing but no big deal. The wonderful lady at the front desk said she would give me a call when the room was ready so my wife and I spent our time at the library around the corner until is was. It was ready in about 30 mins. The lady waived our parking fee for the inconvenience.
It was a clean and nice looking hotel. There were many restaurants around the area. There was also a self check out snack station. I didn't find any vending machines on the floor.
The only problem I had was the tub. When turning on the shower, it doesn't completely turn off the tub faucet so both was running at the same time and water was filling up the tub when showering.

This seemed very nice and relatively safe for a downtown area. Definitely appreciate the fact that their was no vagrancy. The hotel was well equipped and very clean. There was a wedding party that was excessively noisy but that seemed to settle after midnight

Did no like they had no computer printer for guests to print boarding a boarding pass for air flight. Also, had a phone that had no connection wire. So phone was useless. In addition parking voucher did not work on check out date. For a hotel of that size I was not happy. Should have booked the Marriott two blocks away.

Really enjoyed our stay here for a sports tournament. Rooms are clean and in good condition. Pool and fitness center is nice. Staff are great. There’s a lot of restaurants, cafes and other attractions nearby. The only downside is that it was noisy, thin walls I guess? Woke up to someone bouncing a ball upstairs and could hear conversations in other rooms. I’d stay again.

I was looking online for hotels to stay in the Lancaster area and the pictures showed the hotel location was in the town. So I was looking forward with sitting outdoors on the balcony and terrace area with my guest. When I arrived I was told that it was not open, unless a security guard or employee was outdoors watching that people didn't play around around the outside balcony. Also, the rooms were clean but smaller than I expected. Everyone else was.

Every evening about 10 pm and morning at 6 am the tour groups did a lot of hooting and hollering in the hall. No maid service for 4 day stay, no closet or ironing board - it was glamping for $240.00 night. Lots of impaired persons hanging out on the corner and alley between garage and front door needing money. Not worth the money
