This is an outstanding property! It’s in a great part of Istanbul for exploring, the roof top bar is brilliant, but the best thing is the staff who are incredibly welcoming and really made our visit special!

When I arrived I hated the small, ground floor, windowless room I was given but I complained and was given a nore spacious room the room was more than adequate for my needs. Front desk staff very helpful. It would have been nice to be able to take your own coffee and juice at breakfast but had to get your food and eat hslf of it before someone briught beverages. The room itself was nice.

One of the best hotels in Istanbul. Near the Galata tower and can’t say enough about the location. I’ll definitely stay here again And highly recommend it. Don’t miss the Galataport which is walking distance, Namli for food and Kosgeroglu For Baklava

I asked for a bosphoro night cruise and they told me I could pay with a credit card at the ship. At the ship they did not accept credit cards and the one in charge was drunk, didn't understand english and it was very difficult for us. Not nice way to treat guests

This was the third time we stayed in this hotel. We love it! The location is perfect, the room is super comfortable and beautiful and all the facilities are wonderful especially the rooftop bar and views. Since it was both our birthdays we received a very warm greetings and treats. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality! We will surely come again!.

From check in to check out the staff went above and beyond their duty. Our stay at the hotel was incredible. Chocolates and other gifts waiting for us in our room for us to enjoy, complimentary water delivered every morning and more chocolate on the weekend. It was my wife's birthday during our stay and she was surprised with a delicious cake. All the staff from customer advisor to porter were all very attentive and extremely polite, always delivering a service with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is extremely comfortable and very stylish. The roof top bar is beautiful and defo worth a visit. The location is perfect within 10 mins walk to local restaurants and 30 mins walk to the grand bazzar. Thanks for making my wife's birthday and our first trip to Istanbul memorable.

Great location, friendly staff and good amenities. Only issue we had is the location of the room. Seems like visitors who book via Expedia get 2nd rate rooms. This is not the first hotel where I made this experience.

Room was nicely renovated eventhough on the smaller side. Amenities were fine too. Located near Galata tower and the tunnel. Short walking distance to tram station. Elevator to the wing room is the classic type of elevator but really tiny.

The hotel is lovely and perfectly located. The staff is very attentive and friendly. My original room had a TINY closet, but they offered another with a good sized closet and a great view of the Bosphorous. The food was ok.

Excellent Hotel very quiet, very clean, nice property, rooms are beautiful with acceptable space, but Expedia site do not have a proper information about the Hotel, first at all ONLY ONE ROOM IS SEA VIEW (PENTHOUSE SUITE), THE CITY VIEW IS INCORRECT THE HOTEL IS SURROUNDED BY TALL BUILDINGS YOU DON'T HAVE ANY VIEW ONLY ANOTHER BUILDING JUST A FEW FEETS AWAY, the Hotels listed like VIP property,I travel with some relatives and friends, we booked 4 rooms, the reception guy not even mention the vip status all of us have VIP travelers. The location is convenient and staffs was very helpful and professional.

The hotel is fantastic. The service, the location, and the atmosphere are all 5*. I want to give a special thanks to the cleaner who found my passport after I checked out and the front desk staff for returning it to me in no time. Check out the restaurant upstairs. It's worth the visit even if you are not staying at the hotel. I dined there on two occasions, and the food/service were always top-notch.

The staff is this hotel is extremely friendly. The location is excellent and the SPA and Hammam are clean and professional (although slightly expensive, but worth it). Breakfast was good - but adding a vegan option would have been nice for me such as a vegan omelet.

The best location Great service The only thing could get better is cleaning services. After spending all day walking and ready to rest before dinner we found cleaners don’t get to ur room till the evening. Otherwise the rest of the rest was absolutely amazing

Astonishing beautiful view of istanbul only in this place while you are in a bathtub. No need to leave or move you can see the sunrise from the bathtub or bed by just opening your eyes. Room entrance itself is an especial experience I don’t spoil it.

Wonderful hotes. Best services. Very easy to walk everywhere. 15 minutes to Grand Bazars ,15 minuts to Taksim square, 10 minutes to Galata tower. I like the location of the hoel very much. Around the hotel you can find a lot of fushion and local restaurant.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Truly enjoyed our stay there. The only negative point, is please ask about prices of your drinks at the Sky Bar. We felt cheated paying over 70 dollars for two shots of Don Julio tequila.

Very beautiful and elegant design of the hotel. Nice rooms, we stayed there for three nights, the view was very beautiful from our balcony. Wide selection at breakfast with to order omelets and other options. Friendly staff.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff and service were excellent, really exceptional. My solo room was well appointed, luxurious. Bt it was tiny, the ceiling wa higher than the room was wide. All od of that would be fine, but the room had two large windows directly on a very busy sidewalk and street. So that even with earplugs the noise was terrible. Other than that the hotel was perfect.

Hotel is great with beautiful rooms. There are two buildings in the hotel (1 & 2) and I feel the rooms in building 1 are a little better and newer. The lower ground rooms in building 2 can be a little loud on the weekends as they are street level. Overall, great hotel, highly recommended.

I did not like the check in process very long wait and limited staff , room shower was dirty, view from the room is not as described in the picture, very old and small flat screen tv. Very limited bar selection.
