Great stay! All employees were kind, courtesy, and most helpful. Ashton checked us in when we arrived and she set the tone for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was very good with many choices, pool was great for the kids, it was well decorated for Easter, and there was no smell of smoke in the hotel anywhere we went. We plan to make this our go to hotel when we are on the coast.

From start the front desk clerk was not friendly or hospitable. We were given an accessible handicapped room that looked like it haven’t been used or cleaned in ages. Good thing that, I always travel with Clorox bleach spray. I was so exhausted that I didn’t make a fuss of it but could not wait to write this review. The bed was hard and squeaky. I felt dirty in this hotel. I have seen better and expected better for the price $178.00 plus $150 deposit/hold on my cc…

I didn’t appreciate learning that all your hotels are now pet friendly. Not that I object to pets but I have severe allergies and without there being designated pet rooms it make it difficult to stay here anymore.

Best thing about about this property is there is restaurants (food) less than 200 yards away thats walking distance, enough parking, and well lit up..I always stay here when i m in that part of the State...

Came for a graduation ceremony in Hattiesburg at USM. Went to beach, Bay St. Louis, Pass Christian, Biloxi, friends' houses. Travel with 2 small dogs. Very easy area to stay

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel had been beautifully decorated for Christmas, and everything was sparkling clean and wonderful. The breakfast was hot and delicious, and checkout was a snap. I love that this hotel places the beds on an interior wall, BUT this puts the bed directly across from the AC unit. I spent the night covering and uncovering myself as I got hot and then cold and then hot again, all night long. Also, the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. It was really a shame, since we enjoyed every other aspect of the property.

Hampton Inn Gulfport knocked it out of the park! My husband and I are frequent travelers and this time we had our 2 granddaughters with us. Room was HUGE- we got a suite with 2 queens and a fold out. Spotlessly clean. We wanted a pool so the girls could blow off steam and it was clean and heated. Breakfast in the morning was well prepared and delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't find one thing bad about this stay- keep up the good work, we'll be back!

The room is nice and staff is very accommodating. My only complaint would be about the $250 incidental fee for our 1 night stay!! I’ve never had a fee that high at a chain hotel and never for a one night stay. I would have liked to have been prepared to pay more in incidentals than I paid for the freaking room.

The person who checked us in was a bit rude, but the rest of the staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good and a nice change to most continental breakfasts you normally get. The room was wonderful, spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable, however the pillows were too soft for my taste.

The first room I got was so humid I had trouble breathing. I put the ac on colder and high for about 3 hours and it was still bad. I called the front desk and the lady was so kind, she understood and moved me to another room. That room was a little humid but not as bad. Everyone here has been very kind!
