The people in the hallway were out talking have the night and the doors are so heavy when someone lets it close it on it's own very loud

For a hotel to be part of the Hilton honors I expect a higher level of service. Stayed here for 1 night on a weekday for business. First of all the hotel had only 1 working elevator. Took forever to get down to the lobby from the room. The bathroom definitely needed a deep cleaning. The floor was so dirty the grout lines looked like it was a cheap run down motel.

When I checked in, I asked where’s the pool. The receptionist just said look at the paper. Any question, we can text them after. They cannot just indicate us verbally the pool is beside the lobby along the hallway? I have stayed there for 2 nights. I never see any towels in the pool. I had to mention it to the receptionist each time and they will only bring 4 towels each time. The bathroom in the pool is disgusting. Water and papers on the floor.

Great stay at this hotel. Beautiful suite. Everything was clean. All of the staff, from the manager, the front desk clerks and cleaning staff were wonderful, friendly and willing to help out.

Our stay was great. Room was nice and big, beds were very comfortable. The entire place was very clean. Breakfast was a great, just your basic breakfast things with a good variety of foods. Loved the waffles.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The initial pic of the room, before clicking on the link, it appeared to be a separate sleeping and sitting area, when in fact, it was one room. Nice enough room.

The only negative comment I have is that the breakfast was terrible. The eggs tasted weird and the sausage was floating in water. I threw my entire plate away.

We had a wedding to attend at 3pm and requested early check -in and they allowed us to check in at 1:45. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great job!

The people staying in the connected room were extremely loud and it kept us from sleeping. We politely asked them to keep it down but the behaviour didn’t change. Was a shame since the bed was comfortable.
