Staff is polite and friendly, they’re also friendly and respectful. Breakfast is very good and they have a good variety of food items to choose from
Props to Isabel and Yuki at the front desk they were both extremely helpful, kind and thoughtful they are an asset to your company, make sure they know how much you value them both!
Only down side is the beds, they make a lot of noise ( wood cracking) and I tods and turn a lot so wasn’t a happy camper due to this

I was surprised at the run down condition of this hotel. It definitely needs attention. The rugs in the room and hallways were stained and nasty looking.

We had a family reunion and the place was very accommodating.

Easy quick check-in. Clean. Quiet. They charge $14/day for parking now. Enjoyed the hot breakfast, but they had more options on Sunday than Monday. Key card stopped working randomly the 2nd day, but easily replaced.

So far, the accommodations, amenities, room specifics are all available as advertised when I made the reservations.

Just got into our room and started to undress, when unexpectedly our room door opens and another couple was coming in. Freaked us out! Another couple were issued keys to our room my a new employee. This could have went so many different directions, fortunately we were there when they entered and was able to straighten out the room keys.
Also, the floor we were in (4th) was really noisy, all night, door’s banging open and closing and we could spell pot in the hallway

excellent hotel. good breakfast. clean cold pool. On our floor, someone was smoking marijuana in their room. It smelled terrible.

The entire 2nd floor and elevator reeked of marijuana…. So much for a non-smoking hotel. I could smell it in my room. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Even parking lot had suspicious people hanging around.
Just not a place I would recommend…

The property was located in a decent area. However, the cleanliness of my room was subpar. My towels were dirty / stained, and I found a roach in my shower.

Big rooms, cleave, comfty beds and pillows. No complaints, breakfast was bomb, more than waffles and cereal, had a big selection, we will definatly be back, as have family in area. We found a new place to stay!

We have been to this hotel so many times whenever we visit our family back in Loma Linda. The check in process is always fast and smooth, they are dog/pet friendly hotel. The building is well kept, the rooms, bathrooms are clean. Great amenities, very useful. The staff are welcoming, I could go on and on. Definitely coming back here in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Someone was yelling and being loud in the halls, and music played loudly one middle of the night- staff seemed to be on it. It didn’t last too long.

I like Holiday Inn Express and look for them wherever I go. Their properties are in good shape and the complimentary breakfast is pretty good.
But this time it seemed like they are pulling back a little to save money. There was no blow dryer or hand soap in the bathroom.

We stayed here when we were having some construction work done at our house for 2 nights. Very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub a lot.

Very nice room. Great staff,very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the handicapped accessible room did NOT have an accessible shower. We were told there was only 1 in the entire hotel and it had a hole in the floor. 😔

Overall experience led me to believe management was very lax. The pool was very dirty. Multiple large families who were not guests of the hotel reached over the fence and let themselves in. Room was not cleaned during our two night stay. TV did not work. The attendant who came up to help said he had no idea how the tv worked. Disappointing for the price for sure.
