Our second time at this hotel when visiting Zion. It is in close proximity to the park but without the chaos of Springdale. Breakfast has good options, the eating area is clean and roomy. Many options for dining close to the hotel. Rooms are quiet and spacious. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and updated. We would definitely stay here again if traveling through this area.

Towels were not very soft. Breakfast area was the worst part. They ran out of eggs 2 days in a row. Second day they ran out of bacon & bread & bagels. One half hour before brkfst was done they ran out of all those things. No one cleaned off tables. Yucky dirty after people left.

Did the job. A safe clean place to rest between days of hiking. I appreciated the security cameras all over the hallways displayed at the front desk and that someone was there overnight

The room was clean, the hot water in the shower is very inconsistent, water would be far too fridged to even enjoy the shower, we notified to the front desk about it but they said the cold water was because of too many guests taking showers; breakfast is fine. The good thing they are pet friendly, but pets are only allowed in the 1st floor.

The front desk clerk and staff did not speak English and were not helpful. Breakfast was bad, Breakfast meat, eggs, and potatoes were under cooked. No toast available. Bathroom needed cleaning and no hot water. Took a bird bath in cold water. Curtains were half hanging and did not shut. Room was very small cramped with furniture making the room crowded. Not worth the price. Will not stay here again.

It was fine as a place to crash, but we chose based on comments saying how quiet and clean the place was. Clean yes, but quiet? Anything but. Get a 3rd floor room if you want any sleep.

Everything was good except for noisy refrigerator. It was very loud rumbling , like it was on its last legs. We did mention it to the front desk. They said it would be swapped out. It wasn't. Two restless nights. We thought to unplug it , but we needed to keep things cold . Otherwise our stay was pleasant and great breakfast.

Although he was nice, the person checking us in had an odor as if he hadn’t showered for over a week. And I saw other people feeling the same way. And secondly, my wife tried to use the gym and it’s nice that you have one, but truly, it was filthy, dirty, the carpet, the windows she didn’t dare even touch the equipment and she’s not usually that picky.

During check in the desk clerk wasn't too friendly. The next morning we didn't have any hot water (tool cold showers). I reported it to the front desk and their reply was "Well we were fully booked and that happens sometimes when everyone takes a shower at the same time. You should wait a while then take a shower.". The guy cleaning the area where you eat was inconsiderate by spraying cleaning fluid all around us and the mist was getting in our food. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons: Early end to breakfast (9 am). Broken ice machine. Leaky bathtub faucet. Tiny forks at breakfast. Staff not trained to charge my room for a drink, so I couldn’t get one. Musty smell to room. Pros: Pleasant front desk staff, excellent maid service. Much better prices than Springdale.

It was very clean and spacious, I enjoyed having a small jacuzzi in the room to use. The complimentary breakfast was stellar with lots of options and the service was very friendly. The only thing was the ceilings/walls were a little thin, fortunately it was in La Verkin so generally a pretty quiet small town, but I could hear a lot of the footsteps from the folks staying above me.

The floor is wooden so it feel so clean. Overall decent, feel new hotel. Good place to stay to visit Zion. It is bit of a distance to Zion but I prefer the quietness. Main street cafe a few miles nearby has the best food. Simple dishes well made.
