Very clean quick check in was very last minute but I got a room super quick most definitely staying again.

The only negative would be the pillows were not comfortable other than that nice place close to the pier!

We stay in Pismo regularly and this was by far the worst stay ever, because…
The toilet leaked when we got there. (They sent a repair guy and he kind of fixed it, but it didn’t flush properly the whole time)
Pillows were small and hard.
No extra blankets.
Soap dispenser in shower leaked and made the bath tub very slippery.
The conditioner thermostat didn’t seem to work. We turned it on 72 then it ran all night.
The parking was difficult, 7’9” wide spaces. We were advised to park our truck on PCH.
TV controller was difficult to use because the box the controller connected with was sitting on the only table in the place.
We voiced our concerns, especially about the leaky soap container, because we didn’t want the next guest to slip and fall, management was condescending and lectured us on how well he runs the hotel.

This motel is conveniently located close to downtown Pismo Beach and the Pier. The price and accommodation is family friendly. We could not have asked for more. Thank you to the friendly staff.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great. What ruined our stay was that the people in the room next to us arrived at 2 AM and kept going in and out and slamming the door and arguing loudly. It went on for a while. The walls between rooms doesn't block much sound so it was almost like they were in the same room.

Nice, clean room, minutes from the beach. Wi-fi is terrible, drops constantly. There were no coat hangers so nothing could be hung up. Only one mirror which is in the bathroom and gets fogged up. Had to ask another guest for the Wi-Fi password because what they give you is unreadable. Staff very curt saying the Wi-Fi is working fine before you even finish asking if there’s a problem with it.

Everything was awesome. We enjoyed the location at where it was at.
Close to everything a traveler can enjoy Pismo.
The only problem the room had was the toilet didn't work properly, we had to put water for to flush and when it was filling it didn't stop. We couldn't sleep ,a guy staff ,all he said was sorry. We'll fix it. Didn't bother give a discount, extra nit,anything. We were going to stay again but that bothered us.

The Beachwalker Inn is in a great spot. Just three minutes away from the Pier and bach the hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms at reasonable prices.

I am on a cane. I was unable to walk up the stairs and the management was unwilling to accommodate Mai handicap and wanted to charge me additional $30 to put me on a ground floor room which I believe was unfair. Management told me because I booked online, it would be additional $30 to be on the ground floor.

Bathroom had hair"s" and the counters were dirty. There were mosquitos all over the place and it kept sneaking in through the door because of the gap in between. They only gave us three towels when there were 4 people!! Omg...

Helpful staff, easy checkin although I would have preferred fewer texts as in the 6am "today is your check out". Great location 2 blocks from the pier. Scorpian Bay coffee a block away no need for the k cup thing. Good value motel!

You can see the sea and the beach from the balcony. It only takes 5-8 minutes to walk to the coastal corridor. Hurry up to the whole section. It has an open swimming pool and an open-air balcony. The parking is super convenient and the price is ideal.

I was heading home from Hurricane Hillary and met up with a birthday party for one of my oldest friends. Found this room on a Monday it was so nice I decided to stay another day. I highly recommend staying here. For the price and location it’s just perfect. Thank you to the owners.

Great location! We walked to everything!! We stayed here for two nights with our two kids. Great price hotel, provided what we needed- a great night sleep, amazing location to walk to Pismo pier and area!

- location, location, location! Didn't use our car at all! And explored the area for 3 days, 2 nights

- not a lot of space in the room, it was tight
- tv channels were limited
- pool was cold!! (Even on a warm day)
- not a lot of relaxing space around the pool
Would stay here again!

Parking lot situation was horrible!!!!!!!! Don't stay at this place unless you have a tiny car!! That would be my only complaint!
