We were surprised with the space, amenities and layout. The full complement of stovetop, microwave, full refrigerator was a definite plus!

This was a nice Location in walking distance from Mall of America. The the Front Desk Agents were very helpful and Professional. The only issue i had, is the Water didn't get Hot enough. Otherwise nice Hotel.

Elevators kept going out. Entry cards deactivated before 11:00 a.m. My son was locked out. I was in shower when he returned from gym. Cards did not work. Confusing, considering check out is at 12:00 noon. Then we were told elevators were out again. As I am hadicap, stairs are not an option. They called us when working.

Nice hotel but I was told that on the third day they would clean our room but they never did. Otherwise was it a nice hotel to have a mini vacation with our family.

I’ve stayed in this hotel three separate times within the last month for work. Every time has been pleasant and the staff was fantastic. I had to have maintenance come to the room the last time I stayed for a minor repair from the previous occupant, maintenance was very friendly, fast and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

Hands down this is the best hotel I have stayed at. Customer service is top notch, the breakfast they offer is not only good but they have a wide selection. The pool and gym were super clean, as well as my hotel room. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Excellent service. Angelo (receptionist) was very helpful and polite. The room was like new, very clean with a little kitchen (it was perfect). Nice indoor pool. Breakfast good (eggs, sausage, bacon) oatmeal, fruits, bagels, juice and coffee. They have coffee available all day.

The beds were super comfy. You could hear the planes fly over during the day but nothing at night and I sleep extremely light. The shower was nice, loved that shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in large containers. The only downsides were that there was no hot tub and the pool was extremely cold. Oh and the breakfast didn’t have sausage or bacon but we had a wonderful stay.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds but when we checked in we were told that they over booked and only had a room with a king bed and a pullout. The pullout bed has a very thin mattress and is very uncomfortable. we were able to switch rooms on the second night that had 2 queen beds. Other than that everything was great.

It was nice stay. Kind staff, clean room, complementary breakfast, I needed to use the kitchen for work, and they had enough tools. You may bring a knife if you cook a lot. I was happy to stay here. Will be back.Thank you.

We got a big room with a kitchenette. It was really good for us and out two wild kids, age 4 and 2. Only one small complaint I can really think of, which is that the vent fan in the bathroom wasn't very effective.

I liked the property. The 2 bedroom suite was kinda small for 5 people and also at check-in, it was fruit flies all over the room.

This hotel was excellent! The room was extremely spacious and the kitchenette was perfect for our family. It was so convenient having a full fridge and sink! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We will definitely be staying here again!

Everything was pretty good except for gouging me for having a pet. I have stayed at LOTS of hotels and NEVER have a paid such an exorbant fee for bringing my pet!!!!! You should probably put that fee on your website as I would have chosen a different hotel!!

When we first arrived our bathroom was dirty which was not the best first impression. The staff resolved the issue quickly and everything else was good. The hotel is in direct path of planes taking off so about 7am you start hearing them roaring overhead. Beds were comfy and breakfast was good. Great location just across street from Mall of America.

Overall the best property I stayed in during a 28 day road trip, only drawback was air traffic until around midnight, but that was easily outweighed by the wonderful staff and room comfort

I called early in the day to cancel as we had an illness in the family and we're unable to go on this trip (this hotel stay was just to get us closer to the hotel for a Thursday flight we needed to catch). I was told I couldn't cancel inside of 48 hours without losing a fee of one nights stay.. but I was only staying one night so there was zero policy for that situation. I expected I could get SOME of my money back. Then I asked if my daughter could use the room and because she's 20 she could not. Overall disappointing

It was a great stay. Convenient location. Very clean! Staff was so nice. Thank you Angelo for the great check in. Breakfast was great. Wish the serving area was a little more spacious, but had a lot of choices. I would definitely stay again and the price of the King Suite was reasonable.
